Now for how to read who is Ryuuka and Toki, they seem to always get together everytime.(Even the coupling "TokiRyuuka" exists.)

But the only person in Achiga-hen make it to top 5 in just 4 episodes only- Toki.

She is Girl version of Toki. (From Hokuto no Ken. "Hokuto Ujou Haran Ken'd")

Seeing that pic, I still think Hisa is the most seme of them all. You can basically pair her with anyone in the roster and she'll end up a seme with each one of them

The lack of Teru or Kokaji-pro saddens me, but then they haven't had much screentime yet, so it's all good. I'm at least glad to see Hisa, Ako, and Saki ranking highly.

On the other hand, Atago Hiroe (team captain of Himematsu in the side B quarter finals) getting #15 is a bit of a surprise, given that she hasn't been shown in the anime yet (outside of cameos).

That power poll is pretty interesting. It's always been my impression that Nodoka is the most popular Saki character, with Saki herself probably being 2nd, but here Saki is 1st and Nodoka is 3rd. It's also been my impression that Tacos is the third most popular member of Team Kiyosumi, but here we see Hisa ahead of her.

I'm certainly not complaining about this though, as this order of popularity matches my own order of preference. Nodoka is a great character, but Saki's personal story and style of mahjong play is definitely what I found the most compelling of the original Saki anime (after "yuri" and "moe" in general, anyway ). And Hisa makes me think of Haruhi Suzumiya as a saner Mahjong Club Captain, and so for a big Haruhi fan like myself, that's very cool.


Achiga-hen is actually doing pretty well, imo, to have this much presence in the Top 10, and in the Top 16.

yeah but Shizu at 24 and Teru at 18 is pretty shocking. Kinda figured they would be higher. Still pretty cool to see how the japanese like each character.

Dear god, why does Saki (the girl) get so much love? She's ok, but I think there are so much better characters in the series. Oh well, at least Toki made it second, even passing Hisa and the Koromo I know, new character, but still, that is one hell of an accomplishment. Sickly girls for the win, I guess.

I thought it would be obvious, as she voiced Ika Musume, and is currently voicing Cure Peace.
