I'll have to say I generally enjoy the Yuuko-Mio-Mai skits the most. I find them the funniest of the series. Plus, they usually have the best animation of the series. Speaking of animation, the series' animation is IMO the best work Kyoto Animation has done for TV series. I don't know if they got a bigger budget or something, but I find it amazing how consistently good the animation is whereas most series will have a low point, often in the middle of the series.

So i listened to the 9th characters album.
Annaka's song was so NES. The Principal knows how to rock. Miss Sakurai sounds cute. Nakamura likes to say cute a lot. And Sekiguchi song is cute and lovey dovey.

The character songs really exemplify each of the character's personalities, and that's what makes them great! It's as if someone just went up to each character and asked to them to sing. Sakamoto-san's songs are my favourites, though Misato's A-side song probably comes a close third.

Found some pictures of paper models on shinonome-lab.com, and made some animated gif from that. They are a bit bigger, so put some spoiler tags on them.
Spoiler:
Looks like the lastest shonen ace will come with a yukko figure. Mio and Mai figures will be the next ones. |

"Nichijou" - Episode 19 brief thoughts
While the rest of episode 19 was pretty standard Nichijou fare (bad or mediocre), the high jumping and shrine skits really got me laughing hard. Good job there, especially on the timing.

Looks like a digest version of Nichijou. I'm thinking they just wanted more exposure to the show but didn't want to shell out to re-air all 26 episodes. I don't think there's going to be any content in this, if anything they'd have to cut stuff out to stay under 12 episodes.
Either that or it's a money grab and a sorry excuse to re-sell the same thing again. They might've saw the lack lustre sales so they're banking on the hardcore collectors to be double dipping whilst trying to attract some new blood with a lowered price tag. Of course that's only if they plan on selling this re-editied version as well.
