That's giving the meta/shounen/rule of cool rational for something happening while ignoring HOW or WHY it happened. They are two different things.

Haruyuki is most certainly experiencing an incredible amount of positive emotion in that moment: his wings had been returned, Chiyuri wasn't actually betraying them, and Noumi has got that "oh sh!t" look on his face. He's falling below Haruyuki, and with no more tricks up his sleeve, Noumi certainly isn't going to be able to counter with his own IS attacks.

I'm no expert in child psychology, but that rush of emotion is probably represented in-game as a huge Overflow. More overflow results in more power in his next attack, we can assume, and that also has the side effect of overcharging the Gale Thruster.

There's only one thing I find odd: that Crow's mouth opened mid-fight. Like, why? It doesn't serve any practical purpose. Of all the things Haru did, this stood out the most.

I believe the scene you are mentioning is when Haru and Fuuko had to step out of Teijo since they placed a timer to be yanked out just in case they are caught in EK situation.
Back in the really world Fuuko reveals that she was afraid what she might learn from GE when they go back.

-The Destiny, The Infinity and The Fluctuating Light is based off 3 treasures the Japanese Imperial family has; Yata no Kagami (Destiny), Kusanagi no Tsurugi (Infinity), and Yasakani no Magatama (Fluctuating Light). The RL mirror became a armour set but kept its base attribute of reflecting light(-based attacks) and immune to physical attacks.

-More hints Edge is GM/Kirito/someone in the know. Edge was talking about the history of The Destiny and Raker pointed out he should have never saw it while it wasn't The Disaster, it was before their time. Edge was embarrassed, but while it could have due to 'caught out in a lie', it could also have been 'the GM let something slip by accident'. Dunno how likely that last bit is though.

-Metatron revealed the entire existence of BB was so someone can break through and reach The Fluctuating Light. This is something that should be obvious to anyone that can reach the Highest Level by themselves and has access to the Imperial Palace. She asked Edge why was Beings like her created, and what was the reason for their existence. Edge dodged answering and made no promises that he knows the answer to that question, but Raker and Crow had to leave and have to dive back into the Unlimited Field as their timer was up.
Additionally, that bit I mentioned before about Edge commenting he was going to reveal why BB is more than just a Game? Raker and Crow have to leave momentarily first. I haven't read past this bit yet, but I'm suspecting Crow and Raker can't dive back in this volume and we're not going to get the answer soon >.<

-Shrine of the Eight Gods, according to Edge, was built to be horribly unfair. The Four Gods at the Gates was meant to be 'raid bosses' to be taken on by entire teams/legions, and the Eight Gods at the shrine is basically in a relatively small ring/area that forces 1v1 PvP duels against a Boss as there's no room to fit a lot of players. And yes, Edge has attempted the 8 Gods battle before and he was good enough to escape part way through

Not much here, the plot feels like it's railroading Niko to ally Prominence with NN. Thistle IMO folded way too easily for someone loyal to Prominence and not a close friend of Niko's. Though fun fact, ex-Legion leaders still can use Judgment Blow for one month while in new merged legion. So Petit Paquet's leader dissolved their legion when they joined NN, so there won't be a risk of Lotus getting one-hit killed.

On a side note, a TLer noted reaching out your hand towards the sky for something you want to reach/see is a death flag, I haven't watched enough anime to know if this is true If it's true though, well Niko looks like she's a goner.

Well, I say hype, but the chapter started fairly 'meh' The Fuuko illustration felt like pure fanservice >.> Just adding that Fuuko's afraid that she'll have to tell Lotus that her dream is impossible after Edge tells them everything.

Okay, now start the hype train. To pass time waiting for Crow and Raker to log back in Edge and Lead went off to fight a roving Guard monster, and when Crow and others caught up it's revealed all 'Beings', monster AIs, are like Fluctlights - like people back in Underworld. Though after being killed they go back to Main Visualizer and respawn elsewhere. For those that reaches Highest Level like current iteration of Metatron though it's more iffy, and previous volumes have said while Metatron will respawn it might not be 'her' anymore. Given that Beings are more than just code, their threat assessment is a lot more advanced than pure <<Hate>> buildup like any other person's will be.

And ignore what I said in my previous post, Edge does get around to say what he knows in this volume (and this should be everything he knows, unless Edge's a liar). Ahem: CONFIRMED ACCEL WORLD IS SAO AU (or practically so, while there's no names and mostly using metaphors there's really no other explanation IMO). In Alicization of this AU things reached to point where players from both sides were logging into Underworld to fight. Gabriel (referred to as "Leader 'A'", one who wants to destroy 'a world very similar to Accelerated World') and Kirito ("Leader 'B'", who wanted to save the Beings/Fluctlights from destruction) both reached a GM console in Underworld, A first then B. They fought over TFL, a Being of great importance. For some reason A could not manage to get The Fluctuating Light (Alice, see Vol19 illustration with Kirito in it) out (probably real world shenanigans), and decided instead to seal her away. Using the GM console A spawned a Dungeon around TFL, guarded by the Eight Gods and then outside the Dungeon guarded by the Four Gods.

When B got there, he defeated A, but he couldn't undo the Dungeon or other changes. B's Group of players got wiped by a single one of the Four Gods and B concluded they can't get in. Accel World is basically B's plan to create virtual reality entities that can eventually break through and reach TFL. B basically has GM status over everywhere in AA, BB & CC except the Imperial Palace. Spawned Beings can only attack players, so B can't just create his own Gods and raid the Imperial Palace.

Players' maximum limit to be enhanced in AW is BB equivalent of Level 9, according to Edge. And a Lv9 can't match the Four Gods, at most stall them. Level 10 is theoretically impossible, and according to Edge overly harsh in that it needs to sacrifice 5 other Lv9s. This requirement probably exists to push players beyond their limits - assuming Edge isn't lying. Edge says he doesn't know more about Lv10, but I'm not 100% sure. Based on the above, my guess is that Edge is a fluctlight copy of Kirito post-Star-King, in that he knows a lot but not everything. Edge claimed he wasn't there when A and B went to war, but then Crow wonders how does Edge know all this.

Anyway, B tried 3 Trials for getting into Imperial Palace. AA was a PvP shooter game, CC was like Monster Hunter. It fits what Cosmos said about AA being too conflicting and CC too peaceful and that led to its doom, but Edge says Cosmos can't be trusted. Also, the developers have some reason in keeping specifically BB alive, as Green Grandee alone can't feed enough points in keeping BB afloat.

TFL, according to Edge, is something that can affect the Real World. He doesn't explain further, and changed topic by saying it's time for Lead to leave the Imperial Palace.

Less important stuff:
-Metatron is being tsundere when offering to act as a combat aid for Haru, warning him of attacks
-The Infinity has a high 'priority' (term used in Alicization) / stats, to the point Metatron wants to have Haru hit it with Ektenia to see what's stronger
-Crow, while maxed speed build, has no way to pierce defence like Raker can with some of her punch techniques. Edge says Crow needs to find ways like that.
-Even in Imperial Palace there's Shops Those are hidden, random events though and very rare, filled with things that Edge when he first saw it wanted to spend almost all his points on the stuff there

Kawahara. At this rate we might as well make Edge the main character, he's too valuable to the story and had already revealed more about the "AW" universe than Haruyuki has discovered. RIP Haru. You were the beta guy. Aaand Edge was just Kirito in disguise. It's probably not even his final form!

Niko Death Flag is on, I see. I wonder if there are any Red Rider followers in Prominence left when the Red Legion made an alliance with NN and what would they do when Rain dies in-game.

Will they realize it was WC who tricked BL to kill Red Rider in-game, forgive BL and join NN for good, or will they still hate BL and try to destroy NN from within?

Remember the last time we had a cooler male than Crow in AW? Red Rider died, got his Fluctlight/avatar revived, and then died again If nothing else this just spells Death Flag for Edge in AW, and more generally outside of this series the older generation mentors die first

Gabriel wanted Alice and then leave Underworld for dead in WEB Alicization after Rath decided they're done with the experiment. Alternatively, 'take control of Dark Territory forces and wipe out civilization as UW humans knew it' counts as destroying their world as well.
