Oh, definetely:
Shocking: Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni The whole thing really, but the first minute with that utterly jarring transition from brutal murder to "happy slice of like school days" within a minute or two of one another - that show messed with my head like no other - it started to be towards the end that I'd have DREAMS about that show. If I'm ever single again I'm going to have to be extremely careful around cute green haired girls who may or may not harbor homicidal tendencies. Hilarity: I second the REC recommendation - the scene mentioned a page ago where she's trying to copy porn dialogue. More: Sumomomo Momomomo: The scene where Iroha is trying to assisinate Koushi - he's sleeping and unknown to him his law studies tape he listens to in his sleep has been swapped with sexually suggestive dialogue by Momoko hoping he'll utter the things she wants to hear - and he's rabbiting the dialog verbatim while an increasingly disturbed Iroha listens. When he utters the hilarity: Spoiler:
Fantastic. Another good one is the scene in School Rumble season two where Harima Kenji has to eat the Onigiri that various girls have made, and he ends up eating the utterly unedible Onigiri that his love interest, Tenma has made. And it's terrible, so terrible that his reactions are hysterical and she thinks he likes it. So she offers him an entire serving tray full and the subsequent reaction is one of the top five hilarious reactions I've seen yet.

Funniest would be nearly every episode of Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro Chan where Dokuro uses her bat. The setup for nearly every scence is just perfect. I havent laughed that much since ouran host club. Also the scence where Sakura gets beaten up by his classmates when bringing Dokuro to school.
Un-expected : Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien where Spoiler:
Disturbing, Elfen Lied when Spoiler:

I have a few funny ones. In Full Metal Alchmets(can't spell) When Ed dodge the huge boulder in the hallway. Jinki Extened-when a kid saved the main character and notice she had no pants on. Finally when Kagome told Inuyasha she's tired of him. That was good.
disturbing and unexpected moment is more like Perfect Blue. That whole thing was disturbing but a great anime flick though |

Most disturbing would have been in episode 4 of Elfen Lied when:
Spoiler:
Higurashi also had a number of shocking or disturbing scenes, but Elfen Lied is still is the winner in that department for me. I don't have a "most" funny scene that I can think of as there have been so many over the years. Seeing Golden Boy sticks out in memory as it was the first real pure comedy anime I watched and I had some VERY good laughs with it. Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokoro-chan was also extremely funny with alot of random unexpected crazy shit. |

I was already expecting Nana to get owned in that episode the instant whats her name showed up on the scence, and jugging from the first episode it was guranteed to be bloody.
I heard the berserk anime final episode was butchered and that the manga did it better, but im not sure...

If Maroromatic season 2 is what you are talking about . Yeah the timeskip ending was indeed weird . It was like looking at ghosts couldnt belive they were the same characters you watched and adored for 24-25 ep . IMO they were better off putting the Summer Special as the ending . Whats not to love when Mahoro goes on Ecchi Confestication hunts

In one episode of Space Runaway Ideon, Sheryl Formosa and Karalala Ajiba are reconciling a bit of their differences and come to an understanding. Then and I swear to god out of nowhere the music changes into ragtime saloon music and they start slapping each other. I actually had to rewind the episode just to see if I hadn't imagined it all as it was like a different series for a second there. I'll never forget that one.
