And Saten changed clothes again

EDIT:
Js06 tranlated the preview

In AC, one’s value is determined by one’s level and power development is mostly decided by innate talent, so what if an esper could be created from scratch with some other method?

Aritomi explains the Chemicaloid project to Mikoto and Nunotaba.
Study will perform a large-scale experiment on the day of the research assembly and revolutionize AC.
While unable to move because of the drug, Mikoto is reminded of herself when she sees Nunotaba bearing an incident involving her past.

Then her trusted comrades appear to save the two of them!
Hmm, are they really reffering to Parameter List there?

So, episode's out. They've referred to Parameter List as well, by concept if not by name. I wonder if there'll be anything else from Index that'll be carried over?

Spoiler for Index LN related comment:

^This arc is doing a disservice to the entire series by even existing. The plot holes are staggering (still can't get over how five high school students can somehow be Anti-Skill's sole weapons provider), the villains are like something out of a children's cartoon, and they've resorted to making Misaka do really stupid things so the others can help out (instead of just giving her challenges she actually can't meet.). /rant.

I personally love this arc. I think it ties in very well with Sisters Arc and season 1 and shows a lot of character development especially on Mikoto's part. I'm excited about the final episode.
I'm glad they showed Gensei in ep 23. I wonder which Level 6 shift they were talking about...?

*shrug* if you like it you like it. I just can't see past all the flaws.

We're on the same page on this one Ilidsor.

The terrible villains, the multiple plot holes, Misaka's competency reduced to a third of what she should be.

If you can look past the flaws, it's a pretty enjoyable arc. The thing is, it's hard to do so and with Index NT7 & NT8 having been released during the season's runtime combined with the awesomeness that is the Sisters Arc, I came in with high expectations.

See the problem is they aren't the kind of flaws I can look past. I'm willing to admit the Index series has flaws. Too little time passes to make sense (I can't see anyone calling a 3 week war WWIII), Birdway, that thing that happened with Touma after volume 22 (can't say novel spoilers here right?), Birdway, stuff like that. But those are background details. The story doesn't revolve around any of them. This arc revolves around the awful villains and their plot-hole filled plan (seriously I cannot get over five high school students becoming Anti-Skill's main weapon holder. I will never let that one go). The flaws are much more "in your face".

To paraphrase FSN Gilgamesh: Just Women and Children little girls and worms that crawl in the mud. Railgun is basically diluted Index awesomeness, watering down some of the best bits in Index. (eg, Dark Side organisations aren't as stupid as STUDY, as I've mentioned above)

I just got to thinking, what if STUDY was apart of the battle royal in Vol 15

Railgun's Daihaseisai also does and here's just one of the examples.

Spoiler for Daihaseisai:
Whatever people complaining about Mikoto with this as an example, were partly right at their standing. But though, Mikoto personally don't wanna let them expose to the dark side of AC and gets hurt. Better safe than sorry and let her face it alone.
