One thing I don't get and find very questionable. We have seen absolutely nothing of Unohana's combat ability yet she ranks 100, yet her powers have shown her to be more of a defensive type. Did KT already establish from the get go that she was going to be of that level and has been holding on to the "surprise" scene where she pawns three arrancars. Yet if he is holding her info back why has this been released. That is if it is official. It would be pretty amusing if she was the one to make the killing blow on Aizen, after all she was the only one to see through his illusion.

She might've been the only one to notice something suspicious while trapped under the illusion, but I don't think that means she can see through Aizens complete hypnosis. Otherwise, she wouldn't have been surprised when Aizen made his corpse appear right in front of her eyes from seemingly out of nowhere. Instead, she would've saw him holding his Soul Slayer the entire time. Anyways, I'm only saying this since Aizen himself even stated that his complete hypnosis was flawless. Even if you realize it, there's no way to escape it. And this was after he gave Unohana credit for noticing something was up. I'd assume that he wouldn't have said it was a "flawless" ability if Unohana could really see through it. Of course, I could be wrong. I suppose someone has to see through it if he's to ever be beaten.

Hehe I know, that's why I said it would be pretty amusing. But I would hardly give cred to Aizen himself saying his technique is flawless, regardless of if it is or isn't.

WTF! Unohana is that strong? Is this like official? I'm not surprised. I mean, the 4th div has been always been known to be the weakest so i always figured that Kubo wouldn't make Unohana the weakest or near the weakest. An I'm also surprised Soi Fong is as physically strong as she is. But i guess since scrawny Ichigo is super strong, why can't she be. He loves his badass females.

and this is the square root of their sums doubled then divided by a random variable number, followed by the application of Leonhard Euler's infinite solution:

yamamoto: 1

soi fong: 10

gin: 9

unohana: 3

aizen: 2

byakuya: 5

komamura: 8

kyoraku: 4

tosen: 11

hitsugaya: 6

kenpachi: 13

mayuri: 12

ukitake: 6

seriously, if i'm reading that correctly then gin will be perfect after his hougyoku boost. just inflate his numbers evenly and voila, perfection. but then aizen would be better than perfect.... interesting....

i like knowing that unuhona is third. it makes sense for why aizen didn't even blink when komamura attacked and he slapped that 90 on him, whereas he didn't even touch unuhona. he could have attacked her to stop the spreading of her message, but i have a feeling now that he knew her level and realized he would not have an easy time defeating her...

You can sort of gauge the level of the captain by how they choose their opponents. Hitsugaya went after Gin and they have about the same levels, while the one who tracked down Aizen was Unohana. I'd like to see Unohana in action. I think we've seen her bankai already. Isn't it a giant ray/whale-looking thing?

Aizen and Gin didn't attack her when she discovered them inside the 46's building, for me, thats a kind of proof to her strength because he didn't hesitate to own hitsugaya/komamura and then on the other side choosed to take a leave when Unohana showed up

It's funny when you compare the new numbers we crunched. I mean, Jyuu and Shun are supposedly the strongest in SS. They have unique bankai and zanpaktou and are the oldest members. Maybe power is just referring to raw strength? Who knows. I still rank Jyuu pretty high...it's really not a (very) biased opinion since KT made a point of saying that he's been there a while, etc, etc, (look above). I imagine that there are times when he could really do some damage, but has to hold himself back in case he starts to cough. But let's not get started on the coughing, that just leads to the huge list of plot holes. Lol.

Those graph are interesting, but they are just giving a small view of the overall capabilities of each captain.

If you have already played some RPG games, and each of you have surely done it dozen of times ^^ , you know monsters/bosses are always stats stronger than your characters. But you own them every times, because you handle your party better than their, especially about weapons and skills.

Let's take Ken-chan as example.
He is brute strength, with 0 INT, so no spell for Pointy.
All he can do is bash everything, and release special attacks (more bashing ).

Based on his stats, his special attack will do 100 damage at least., like any other STR 100 captain.
But, because of his body stats, he has high endurance, and probably high fatigue as special ability.

When a standard captain can fire 10 special attacks before being exhausted, Zaraki can fire far more (100 ? ^^ ) .

In games, having a character who can fight longer at full strength is more efficient (swordsman) than a very destructive character with little endurance (magician).

In Zaraki's case, he is so endurant he is quite difficult to defeat. Because he will rush at you with full force, and even your strongest attack won't stop him.
And even it does, you will be too exhausted to do it again, as Ken-chan will still ask for more.
Not only he will have enough reiatsu to do it again, but his health is still far higher than yours (ex : Ukitake = 4000 HP/5000 Reiatsu Points - Zaraki = 10 000 HP/10 000 RP ) .

Conclusion :
Those stats are interesting but couldn't reflect the true strength of each captain, as they didn't list special abilities, attacks, weapon tricks, weaknesses, overall HP/SP, etc.
Those graphics are just pure fan service.
(and that's why we ask for more )

With the high casting time of spells, vs the Espada especially, the power curves are completely different. These rankings would seriously swing the favor towards combat based captains (i.e, especially Zaraki Kenpachi).

As for Zaraki, I don't know what the heck is up with him. He does have ridiculously high spirit energy which contributes to some damage reduction (just like the arrancar). However, he seems to have some kind of crazy regeneration. Have you guys noticed how often Zaraki gets cut, and even what are regular mortal wounds he just stops bleeding after a while. He has some insane regeneration and endurance.

Count me among those surprised Unohana is such a bad ass.

Count me not surprised, however, that Zaraki ranks low.

I love the guy, easily my favorite captian, but when you're factoring in things like Spirit Control and Kidou of course guys like Zaraki and even Ichigo are going to score low.

Even ignoring things such as weapons (a category which, uh, Zaraki would probably also not do too well in, considering he doesn't even know the damn thing's name), Zaraki has always been considered an anomaly in Soul Society, a beast who got by pretty much though pure bloodlust and being completely f***in' insane.

Statistics are statistics, but battle isn't a math equation. Mistakes, luck, experience, confidence, even a simple thing as just having a bad day... All of it factors in in a life-or-death kinda way when fighting, and all of it varies from fight to fight.

Not that anyone in Bleach ever actually dies...
