I fell in love with Misa when I first saw her almost 25 years ago. To this day she's still one of my favorite anime characters of all time. I prefer my women with a head on their shoulders and a bit more substance to them.

Not to mention that most of the real beauties physically, are extremely high maintenance.

Almost ALL Mikimoto designs are memorable. I think Minmay and Misa are on equal ground there...and Millia *might* just surpass them.

Not that I'm complaining, mind you...there are deifnitely worse ways to spend an hour than looking at pictures of Macross girls to decide who's the hottest.

Oh no;;; it's not a matter of "hot" just...design X'D ignoring all characterization and such.It's far easier to remember a Minmay design than a misa one which was...pretty generic.

(Really, I don't have a problem with ANY of the original Macross character designs...I think they're ALL wonderful. And, as other people have mentioned before, Mikimoto seems to be incapable of drawing an unattractive female.)
