As long as "redacted" survives I am fine with the other two dying. That said, that star sky double page spread was damn beautiful. Gonna miss that dude if he is really gone for good. I doubt it though, Editors would never allow that to happen since he seems really popular with the fanbase. xD

I have my doubts any of them will stay dead, but Tsukasa's final scenes were great.

It's barely possible one of them will stay dead, but not likely.

That was probably the most brutal chapter of the series, though at least they're already laying out the groundwork for their revival later.

It was interesting seeing them all team up and actually work together pretty well. At least they achieved their objective, now its up to Senku (of course).

Who would have thought that they use Whyman's abilities to their advantage.

So... Another eons long timeskip for someone to depetrify?

Seriously, though, what's the plan for that?

I bet they prepared some stuff that will break and soak on their skin after the wave has passed them otherwise they would lose each other out of sight after another 3000 and something years timeskip.

Yeah, I didn't expect why-man to come back into play like that, but nice trick.

Hopefully back in Japan or that island will have some countermeasure set up for this. Senku could try that throwing trick again but he's still under attack so might be hard for him to pull off.

I wonder why her near-sightness can't be cured when she's break free from the first petrification? I guess it only works for those who are wounded.

I wonder more how long the timeskip gonna be. Like imagine a teen Suika or even adult Suika when Senku and the others wake up. That will be a shocker.

Maybe it will be, but I'd say near-sightedness is her "natural" state.

Who? And why would they have some?

That doesn't depend on how long the timeskip is. It depends on how long she takes to revive Senku after getting revived herself.

I hope it won't be too long. Though it sure would be a shock if by the time Senku is revived Suika has grown up while recreating the revival fluid (that sounds depressing though).

Aside from that, I worry about the Perseus too, they need that back to travel around the world and can't leave it alone at sea for too long. Unless they really do just start over from scratch again. Probably even worse than the first time since there aren't any astronauts in orbit now.

Hopefully no more twists, the effect still hasn't quite reached them yet.

Perseus was not created from steel, so the reconstruction should be less worry.

So their crazy plan worked. Looks like at least a few years have passed already (and good thing those collars didn't choke Chalk and Sagara in the meantime).

Good thing Stanley didn't try to shoot that last bottle, or else everyone would really have been screwed. Nice to see Senku reference Ryusui's greed, he hasn't done much this arc.

Back to square one then. Well, not quite but still, whenever Senku wakes up he's got to go back and revive everyone and then get back to his rocket program.

Look like Senku's time is up. Let's all welcome our new protagonist, Suika.

Oh, Suika looks like Ruri after 7 years of reawakening Senku.
