1. Suzuka x Yamato is canon. Please do not argue. We all know this is true. He will NOT end up with Honoka. Unless the manga's name suddenly changes to "Honoka".
2. Suzuka getting hit by a car will turn this manga into Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien. We wouldn't want that to happen, now do we?

It does make sense that she has a boyfriend, and the fact that it was a good way to 'take her out of the picture', but now its just easy to what shall happen now.

Okay.. had some time to think about the matter.

At least this way Honoka does have that hope that she'll be able to live a 100% happy life... that makes me at least a lil' bit happy. With Yamato.. there was always the Suzuka topic that can course all all kinds of troubles. I just don't like the idea that the path for Yamato & Suzuka is already laid out for them to get back together.. but wait - what if Suzuka has a boyfriend!

And he nearly died of shame just asking her to pass the tobasco sauce. I know he's surprised to see her, and is confused, yadda yadda yadda... but it doens't take much reading between the lines to see where this is headed

He thinks things wouldn't be the same between them if she rejected him. That's when Honoka drops that she has a boyfriend from work. She thinks they shouldn't see each other anymore. Thats when Yamato realizes that he really did like her, but he can't bring himself to say it. He heads back to find smoke in his room and Suzuka struggling to cook. She offers him some and he continues to wonder why Suzuka's acting to friendly.

My guess is that Honoka most likely started going out with the other guy after their last conversation, it finally closed the case between them I think. GG Yamato. Anyways, I've pretty much just lost interest in the manga since the only wild card left finally revealed its true colors only to show it was a flop. Who know's though... maybe something will happen. I was actually wondering how the mangaka was going to get Yamato and Suzuka together without butchering the story, and this to me seems like a very good way to set it up. I got to hand it to the mangaka this time.

Spoiler: It's nice to see a girl who doesn't get the main character in a love polygon manga actually find a boyfriend of her own, like a normal human being does. I never could understand how characters in mangas and animes can obsess endlessly over one generic loser male lead for year after year, only to end up with nothing when it's all over, and still end up pining for that same loser 5 years later. coughLove Hinacough
