It all has to do with the time when she talked with Souseiseki's old man. Go back to that episode and pay attention to the dialogue.

I know perfect that, but only for the words of "are you drinking your lactunbacilus recently?", is obvious that she refrer to the old man and i think that there is not reason for relationate to Gin with the yakults because i dont think that she like it

The reason why she's so homicidal and crazy is cos she can't drink yakult due to a lack of torso.

and Megu drinks all hers anyways and uses this exuse:
