I currently found this Lucky star theme, here http://photo7.hexun.com/p/2007/0815/...2C5A9BC431.jpg, and I downloaded it. But, the version I have is a .rar type file, and I need a .msi type file for Windows XP. If some one could find me this it would be much appreciated.

If it's a RAR file then all you have to do is extract it with WinRAR ( http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm ). The file you're looking for is probably in there.

The RAR filetype is an archive, similar to a ZIP file. The RAR probably contains the MSI file you need. Download 7-Zip (free program) to unpack the RAR.
