Agreed. He's just sacrificing himself because he feels its the best way to look out for everyone. Tough to hack Veda if Tieria has complete control over it. Besdies this series has shown how important Veda is and having control of it is crucial.

But damn now they have to fix all the defenses that they blew up in the finale .

Maybe he could create a holographic form for himself, if he didn't want to clone a new body and thus leave Veda...

...unless he finds a means of remaining connected while still in a body?

That movie does have the potential to get him out again.

totally agree with you and i do like to see him out and hopefully he will in the movie.

indeed and i felt a pang that it didnt seem like the rest of his comrade cared that deeply, did they? no one knew why he changed and what he has become. im not quite happy but it's better than having him dead i guess

so true... there was never any showing that the rest of celetial being cared about him being changed/ gone. Only Setsuna going like " you'll be avenged" with his usual expressionless face and monotone voice. No one cried for him =o=

I'm willing to believe that everyone was affected by it, but they didn't have time to show that. I mean they were cutting into the 0 Gundam vs. Exia fight with Marina's speech since they didn't have time. I'm sure they were affected but it wasn't shown.

I mean when Seraphim was hit there was real concern. Sumeragi was worried about him and Mileina was about to start crying. Wish they had fit the time to show him telling the others what happened and what he decided to do. After how much Tieria has changed its impossible for the group to not be affected by it. Sure his jokes were not quite accepted but that's not enough to make him disliked .

Tiera: "So the fact i have a new body is the good news. What's the bad?"

By the way, did anyone else noticed all of those Innovators (Innovado) scattered around the in outro? I saw one for Bring/Divine, Anew/Revive, and Ribbons/Hilling, did not see one for Tieria/Regene.

I certainly am sitting in a similar position. The only positive feeling is that Tieria still exists and it would be possible or him to get out of Veda. The negative is right now he isn't in a new body and has decided to sacrifice the chance to live as a human in order to watch over everyone.

There is still a movie so can't count Tieria out just yet. Tieria deserves better than for it to just end like this.

Well I certainly am also half-baked about the way he was handled in the ending, but not necessarily how he ended. I'm completely happy that he got Veda end, because he looked very satisfied and content after getting the one thing he has constantly wanted to get back in the end. Put in his shoes, I would be very very happy.

What I didn't like is more of how he was lead towards his end. First you see him confronting Ribbons with a gun, next thing you know Ribbons has a gun, and his is nowhere to be found. He's defenseless and gets killed. Strike one.

Next he activates the Trial Field then a few minutes later, Ribbons shoots it down. Strike two.

Final episode, everyone gets a good spankin' mecha battle except him. Strike N.
