hmm i thought that vol. 5 is published on 13th december,
so why is it still not out??? now it probably gets dispatched on 17th december and i ll get it on 20th, is it because i live in germany?

i cant wait much longer......

^^ Yen Press' publishing dates are not 100% firm commitments. Despite what you read, Yen Press only commits to publishing within a specific month. It's the retailers who assign a date within that month. (This info is from a comment made by a Yen Press employee so long ago, I've lost the link.) Having said that, I know that S&W novel 5 has been released. Mine is in the mail right now. It's possible that your living in Germany is what is delaying your delivery.

I already have mine and I'm in the UK so I can confirm it's out. It may just be your sellers shipment has been delayed by the Christmas post etc

Apologies if this has been brought up before, but is there a place (fansite, wiki or what have you) which collects all the synopsis for volumes 6-17 somewhere? I did try going through this thread but it was taking me so long, it would be nice if they were all collected up somewhere

Same here . . . I've been trying to find this secret place, but have been unable to find it. I don't suppose as a Christmas present, someone who is the "know" about how things happen, could email a spoiler or two to carolyn@nemont.net

It's been said before, but if all you're looking for is Spoilers for the LN, then you can get those on TVTropes (including ending spoilers).

LN summaries are a little harder to come by, so unless someone here is feeling generous you may have to be (VERY) patient XD

I really enjoyed this Volume! I was finally able to finish it this morning as I was off work.

There were a few grammatical issues and a few typos and I still think it should be her irises not pupils that are redish-brown/amber.

The reunion scene in the trading house just might have been a bit better than in the anime...

Spoiler for Details:

though seeing Lawrence kiss her on the lips in the anime was better. It would have been too big of a tease to see him kiss her on the cheek and the anime end with that.

So that holiday deal from Rightstuf was for real, though because of some complications with Vol.5, I did have to wait a week before it shipped. Come Christmas everything was present and account for, safe for my volume 3 lacking a dust cover.

It was nice to not have to guess like in the anime, especially about the finer points of Eve's scheme. I especially enjoyed the dance scene, it's a shame they didn't leave that one in, like him spoon-feeding her in the OVA.

That being said there was one (obvious) thing that bugged me:

I mean, in clumsy teenager comedies, sure, when the kid doesn't know what love is, but in Lawrence's situation what English speaker would possibly say "like" instead of "love"? Holo would kick his ass into the next dimension..

Also, theirs is a game of equals. He can't come out and say it all at once.
It teases more and allows for more emotional development.

True, I have to admit that I'm annoyed more because it's us the readers who are being teased, not either of them. Since they both know what's actually being admitted, it makes no difference which word he used (they've both been trying to avoid saying it for two volumes now). But you just know Holo will use his admission as ammunition, probably sooner rather than later, and I'm not looking forward to hearing such a weak word being casually thrown around

Still, thanks for humoring my childish rant.. it was fun.
