Daybreak's Bell single details
Sunrise posted pics of the jacket, the Gundam 00 jacket sticker, and Setsuna F. Seiei character card that comes with the single of L'arc en Ciel's Daybreak's Bell, on sale October 10. Not pictured is the Wakuwaku papercraft, one of four varieties of which also comes with the single and will probably look like this. The song itself was played over the radio the other day on Tokyo FM's "Hisashi Yamada's Radio Unlimited DX" show. Frm Gunota |

I just downloaded and watched the fansubbed trailer for 00 last night. I know a lot of people were complaining about the character designs, but I liked what I saw so far. Now, as long as they don't pull a "Destiny" on us, I think I will be liking this new Gundam.

Though GSD's first episode had pretty good animation too, and we all know how the animation in that turned out...

Wow the still images I've seen so far do this series no justice...Even from the crass Vid-to-TV CAM-shots it's easy to see the production is high level; it's even got that grittyness I love from mostly hand drawn stuff...Oh the grit...
Can't wait^^...

For that reason, there are cases in which they've been used by terrorists and others. Though it has features, such as flight form support, in common with the latest unit, the Enact, there's a huge gap in their abilities, destining it for retirement. There are many variations on the head portion and armaments." Workloader - Tiny worker unit. Amph - The mecha from the beginning of the second TV commercial. |

I can't say I have my hopes up, not after what they pulled with SEED. I never really liked it much, it always came across as too generic for my tastes. I'm hoping they'll do better with 00. I would prefer more series within the U.C. universe personally, but it might just be interesting to see how they manage a series placed in our own universe.
I do like the direction they took in the designs though, but they're still too damn shiny for machines of war, I think. And why, oh why, do they always insist on such feminine looking males for the pilots. I'll never get my sexuality in check this way. I jest, I jest. |
