Ahh in the first shot of Asuza, Mei from Clannad sprung into mind... xD Ah similiar hairstyles..
Loved this episode, especially the stage scene Ritsu saying "We're not a comic band!" and Mio's song names Cracked me up.. Also loved it when Mio and Yui sung together! |

Yui, Ritsu and Mugi in 2-2 class and Miu in 2-1... lol... Kagamin
I loved the song... Mio was great saving the day despite her shyness though... Yui is awesome in her "genki way": I found a 100 yen coin!! and her fun things are fun. Azusa... well, Azusa is Azusa

I think the focus is changing away from the "original" girls. Remember: it's a club, not a band. While the older girls have to form a band to play in order for the club to survive, now that they are having new blood, I expect the new girl(s) to play in the band at some point.

Nice concert. It was well animated in the beginning, but by the end it was more like still frames. I liked this song better than the first too.
I agree with others in that K-On!'s gags aren't as funny anymore, but I still like the pace and it sets a nice mood for me, so I don't mind watching this. They REALLY are abusing the Mio thing, but at least she had the courage to sing during the song. Hopefully she becomes a little braver near the end. Actually, I'm hoping for a little change in all of them, but eh.... |

Unfortunately the only way I can see anyone of the cast change is only when something bad happens to the club members or someone close to the club (fallout in the K-ON club, death or serious accident). No offense but, that's how I see things. |

am I the only one that *really* liked the new song?
Well, at least the intro and the bit with the duet. I'm a sucker for duets. I found myself rewinding and humming along it a bunch of times, hahaha plus what I liked about it is that you can really hear Yui's singing range, going from lows to highs with relative ease. I like Mio's voice a lot more for singing though, especially at the beginning of the song, but at least for this one Yui's voice was surprisingly fitting.

You can never have too many cute girls with guitars, anyways. Quote:

Though OceanBlue, if you mean changes like Yui no longer being an airhead, Ritsu no longer being a genki girl, and Mugi no longer being a lesbian... maybe when pigs fly. Quote:
