hum, I'm not good at giving points.xD I'd say 8/10
1st minus point: I get a little bit dizzy because of gifs xD and generally I don't like gifs this much (depends on what a pic it is)
2nd minus point: I think there is something I miss xD'

otaku007: not a bad crop, but I'd suggest you to use a better file type. I guess that is a jpeg. If you have the chance, try to use a png24 instead. Better result granted. For your avatar, I can assign an 8 for the pic and a 6 for the quality, hence 7/10

Crimen Scythe: advices? While emotional, that scene from Higurashi OP doesn't suit an animated sequence, because it doesn't feature an amount of continous frames. Plus it's kind of unloopable (tween suggested). At the end your gif results to have 2 jumps, one in the animation itself - which can't be helped - and one for the "end to start" phase. And so the gif frankly isn't very pleasurable to watch. Lenient because beginner (+1) . 6/10

Mmm, so many new faces~

Secca - Heart. Anything that reminds me of Shana-tan can't lose. Now, seeing as how this is Secca, the object in question is MOST LIKELY a peach bun, not a baby-feeder. Not to be picky, but I'd recommend moving the heart 1~2 pixels to the left; I don't like border-hugging of this nature.

JOJO - Hahaha, some things never change! From a distance, one might assume that character's face is covered by his/her palm, but upon closer inspection...classic JOJO. xD

Xellos-_^ - Hands-on guidance is my preferred way of learning, too.
On a side note, your sig wins. \0/

Kira_Naruto - Nicely executed. I didn't like the short span for her bikini mode at first, but upon further viewing, it's nice this way. The overall effect would be even better if you edit out Rider's extra hair (while in bikini) so that nothing but her clothing and background change.

DingoEnderZOE2 - Fairly well looped. I still see a bit of awkward pauses (those darn crows!), but this is as good as one can expect. Rena loves her machete.

Cyz - I've never been a big fan of head-turning GIFs, but I'm sure I can make an exception for Caster, with cute short hair no less.

celcius - The crop can be better. Zoom in a tad more on Shana's face, and edit out her little antenna (either you show it enough or not at all). I'd also recommend making the pic brighter.

Pellissier - Rena's cute face + doll-snuggling makes for a good GIF. I'd recommend the focus to be shifted a few pixels downward so that the small back-side of her cap is cropped out at ALL times; at the moment, it keeps entering/exiting the frame, causing unnecessary distraction.

Akarix - A nice gradient of soft colors. Not quite Heavenly, but it's beautiful. I don't like that tiny white-spot at the top-right corner; edit it out, please~

SweetHoney - Nice Custom Title to enhance the avy! Must...resist...

then it won't be animated anymore and that's the only caster w/o hood animation to be found.....so far anyway.
