14. Most romantic. 12 rock concert was solid, but pretty much only that part. I always enjoy concert eps though, maybe I should watch Beck. Heater ep9 was boring but it too had romantic/bonding moments. Least fav ep1.

episode 12 is the best for me.
because...
Haruhi showed her first and the only normal high school girl live in the whole anime series, novel alike.
she's willing to help someone out in distress, so on that episode, i changed my mind about Haruhi, she totally make a positive position in my mind.

Of all eps I would say it did show her in the most positive light (actually a lil island ep too). I could've used more of that elsewhere to counter her incessant bossiness and bitchiness. Lil more deredere I guess at the expense of some of the plentiful tsuntsun

Ep 12, I had the most fun watching it, the most insightful change of mindset, and the most thought-out discussions. It was the most enjoyable.

episode 12.

Girl bands are hot.

Seriously, I'm not sure if it was my favorite episode because of the character development of Haruhi or because of the whole bunny girl mystique being magnified by said bunny girl holding an electric guitar.

I also liked how very briefly you can see Haruhi and Yuki running across the end of the hall that Kyon is walking down, they're probably running to go rehearse or something. There's nice touches like that through the whole series.

the nagato vs asakura episode i liked alot i think.

the battleship one i also liked.

then the baseball and the school festival.

I also like the baseball and battleship episode. Like other people, the Live a Live episode was cool.

i think i like ep.12 more than ep.9 now.....maybe becuase its rare to see anime have things like what ep.12 had....and i just liked ep.9 because it was the "ending" through Haruhi's eyes, but not for Kyon....

I find ep 00 to still be great, no matter how many times I watch it, it still gets me every single time. After finishing the series and reading the novel, I understand most of the innuendo they place in that ep now, not to mention it's just plain hilarious.

Episode 10 is awesome because of Yuki <_<. Episode 11 shows us more about yuki! omg! Episode 4 is decently nice and it shows Yuki in the baseball suit which is cute =D. Episode 12 shows Yuki with guitar and telling fortune but I like it becuase of the concert.

I've gotta say ep. 12 because of the music and just the clear randomness of Haruhi singing professionally out of nowhere. I <3 it. Other tops would be ep. 1 for it's humourous essence, ep. 14 since I've gotta admitt I really liked the ending..it was complete for me however not for others, and the episode where the SOS brigade end up getting involved with mechs - in a video game - I found that very humourous as well.

I also have to say episode 12. I was really surprised when Haruhi started singing. Yeah, definitely my favourite. Second favourite would be the first episode, for it's total WTFness.

Ep1-Mi...Mi...MIKURU BEAM!

Ep10-Man,that fight was awesome.

Ep11-I loved how Yuki's 133t computer skills led to the SOS-dan ownage of the computer club.

Ep12-Haruhi and Yuki's performance with ENOZ is too high for a school concert^^.

Episode 11: Yuki doing her thing, destroying the Computer Society at their own game. That is 1337. Nothing better, really.

Episode 12: Bunny Haruhi on stage? Yuki kicking guitar ass? Great Songs? Really, nothing else to say.

Episode 9: I can't really explain why, but I love this episode.

There are a few more episodes, but I can't remember them right now.
