Perhaps I have a soft spot for these type of stories, but this probably is my favourite series of the season so far.
The opening of the first episode pretty powerful (Princess standing there all bloodied and naked), and I dig the main duo - They're a likable, if somewhat typical pair of opposites. They also happen to be older than the typical 16 and thus don't act like bratty/angsty teenagers, and generally have a positive outlook on life and stuff, which was the real selling point for me.

Yeah, the tank (and to a much much much much lesser extent the fairy) is a pretty serious turn-off, but it doesn't bother me to the extent of putting me off entirely from the thing.
This is the type of show I'm watching for the story of the friendship between the two main characters, and not for the story of epic conflicts and political machinations, so the shortcomings there like potentially goofy villians and whatnot else don't really bother me, as long as the first part delivers, which the show has done so far.

...I wonder how many people would otherwise watch this if not for that tank

Ah... when -- I mean -- will ithis even be subbed?! I want to watch it because Akizuki (from Iroha)'s voice actor is in this.

But I don't feel like watching raw for this... *sigh*

It's not subbed yet, but if you read the thread, supposedly Live-Evil is working on this.

But it's not a terribly hard show to follow even without ones - a lot of context to go by, and for most of the part the language is fairly straightforward and simple.

Yup, we are definately subbing this... I'm midway through editing one script as I type. As I said, the only thing slowing us down right now is the stupid end song >.<

Heh, some singers need to pronounce stuff a bit properly. It can be a major pain when you need to work out the lyrics, you want it to be 100% correct and the things they're saying or 'sounding' either don't make sense or seem to be consisting of non-existant vocabulary. With guys though, this is more often. The ED CD is due to be out in a couple of months. I doubt anyone would have the official lyrics in a while unless the song is released as part of another album. Of-course those who worked on making the CD/knows the singer or the crew would know it besides the almighty one :P. Not to worry. Well I am trying to help tly here with this damned ED. We'll see I guess.

Agreed, the first half was somewhat lacking (not that there is a whole lot talking in the first half of the episode), but the later scenes did manage to put a smirk on my face

Ah.nice to see soeone picked it up finally. Animation s top-class..nothing less from Production.I.G. But, the characters are not very appealing, although they are very hot females i must say. And there is a tiny naked fairy for constant freeservice.

Well, lets see how the series develops, both females can kick ass, the AI tank might be a bit painful to bear, but ah what the hech..hope it can add to some comic relief

And most of all...HOW THE HECH DID SUCH A LOSER GET TO SLEEP WITH TINA????

Yeah, I just saw the first episode and... bleh. Having the main girl wake up in bed with a guy who has his hand on her breast is not a good way to start an anime

Well, I knew this anime is not a shoujo-ai Anime so I don't care if Tina likes guys, but with a loser (Raki from Claymore?

) , coward, etc... like him... Tina deserves better.

I'll only watch the end of this serie to see if Tina'll break up with her boyfriend
