That usually happens with my premade bot lane hahaha.
Its teamwork! we were thinking of the same thing Though, when we place 3 pink wards in at the same time and in the same place that might be a little bit of an overkill haha

I really appreciate you posting that one. It is very hard to find anything good of Riven. Seen way too much stupidity.
Shurima lore/tale related to Azir, Xerath, Nasus and Renekton

Though, I'm quite qurious on how the new lore will present. Specially with the factions/Places(?) that LoL has.

As a lore junkie, I was originally irritated.
Now I'm apprehensive. It better be something good, not just two champions locking blades and everyone confined to their own region and some simple finished story. The old lore gave an excuse for Nasus and Maokai to interact, no matter how trivial it could have been, the two "champions" acknowledged each other. The new lore.... I don't know. Everyone seems absorbed in their own squabbles that Garen could care less what happens in Piltover or BilgeWater since he's cheifly going to be squabbling with Noxus, you know? We lose a part of their perspective. Making it an open world I feel ultimately narrows story-lines. Which is a relief that we can finally hear the end of those stories, but as I said, the storylines may end up making the champions blind to the world around them. It has potential, if its done right it could be amazing. So I have hope. Also poor Kassadin, now he has to go around 24/7 fighting every Void Champion without a League to keep them in line.

As a writer of LoL fanfiction, I too dislike the direction that Riot has chosen to take with the retcon removing the Institute of Justice. I've played DotA for over 10 years but always found it difficult to write a good fic for it because its heroes' lore is mostly disjointed without a unifying theme to keep them together. The lore for LoL champions, on the other hand, used to be bound together because their backstories all led to the common decision to join the League of Legends.
Riot's reasoning is that the IoW heavily restricted the storylines that could occur because all conflict would simply be funneled to the IoW and the all-powerful summoners would prevent fights from occurring. Riot claims that they want the lore to be character-driven rather than event-driven, and that the IoW detracts from that goal. In my view, Riot's argument is incorrect. Human history is rife with records of the rise and fall of supreme institutions, and some of the richest examples of literature make use of that exact same theme. Greek theatre is full of heroes determined to challenge the establishment and/or the Greek gods. Shakespeare's Julius Caesar involves an intricate plot to take down a dictator. The ending of George Orwell's Animal Farm made the observation that regardless of the system being used, the common thread in governance is that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. In Asian literature, the Sengoku period in Japan and the Three Kingdoms era in China feature some of the most-well known characters in Asian history, and both started out because the emperors of both countries had grown weak through decades of decadence. When it comes to real life, we have recently started to see how fragile the framework of international law actually is since it relies on each state mutually agreeing to subject itself to the authority of international institutions. When a state is too powerful for the institution to impose any serious ramifications on it, the result will be the wars that we see today in various parts of the world. Imagine all the possibilities that Riot could have gone with the IoW, taking inspirations from any of the above:

Champion Lore will remain similar mostly, though those heavily dealing with IoW in their lore may change some ie brand/noct/fiddle from what riot said. And personally I don't think there is anything wrong with gameplay and lore not being directly connected to each other especially for a PVP game, I mean look at MTG and how it's lore and gameplay have been disconnected and how it allowed them to do lore. Spoiler for Spring Promo games day 1 & 2:
