He didn't abuse them, he just spoiled them rotten because he's a lolicon. Sometimes I wish Fujisawa would write a seinen manga so he can go overboard like he's just dying to do.

Yeah a seinen manga would be great but Fujisawa doesn't have so much imaginations these days. Shonan 14 Days isn't so great.

Pretty much. Tohru Fujisawa's work, in my opinion, in all its recent Rose Hip Saga, Masked Teacher and even Shonan 14 Days have the same feeling to it, which feels somewhat 'uninspired.'

It's like he's going through the motions and just trying everything he wants until he gets back the same magical feeling he did with the original GTO.

I would say Shonan 14 Days is pretty boring and as Nightengale described 'uninspired'. Its just fail in terms for being entertaining because the suspense is just not there (we know that there will be no romance or development and we know that Onizuka will prevail and thats pretty much killing a lot of possible suspense and interest).

If I had ro recommend Fujisawa work to a friend Shonan 14 Days would not be one for sure.

There are a few gems in the mix though. I for one found Animal Joe to be hilarious.

Oh yeah, and on an unrelated note I'm loving Katsuyuki's return in ch47. Although, I was hoping for him to become an aspiring teacher for a living.
If we get to see more of him and others I'll be happy

The mangaka should explore romance more. A subtle battle between Azusa and Urumi, for example, for Onizuka's heart would be nice.

It should still focus on comedy, of course, but I'm sure the subtle barbs between the two ladies would be fun ...

Uhmmm, I watched GTO on TV and they didn't finish it.....or am I wrong.... Recently I seen in a store that they have the "complete" series then when I check it out, it's kinda short.....

My question is "How many TV series does it have and the chapters it covered?"

...and last, I interested to read the manga so How many chapters have been published up to the present???"

Better read the manga , cuz the anime is a joke... (bleh the design..)

GTO is finish.
Currently we're reading GTO Shonan 14 days which takes place between GTO's events , yeah this is not a sequel. Just to bring back dead .. well , at least it entertains us a bit.

I do believe that was around the first chapter, before he ran off to Shonan, since if I remember correctly that was Uchiyamada's car he gave that sweet itasha treatment to.

I have to say that I almost dropped this manga at the beggining of it, untill the chapter 20~30, I guees. But after that I became amazed by the high quality of it. The characters are so well made that I always found myself wanting to add them at "Favorites Characters" at MyAnimeList.net. I'm now at chapter 103, and I'm reading one chapter per day because I don't want this manga to end. After I finish it maybe I'll read Shonan Junai Gumi, is it as good as GTO? D:

That only means that people still love Onizuka(at least in Japan),I mean these Shonen Days are at chapter 64 while the original series end at chapter 200....

The author should have just ended the 14 days and continued the original <_<

Kanzaki and Kikuchi are back.
