He did not start the war. The war had been going on years before Lelouch got the Gaess.

Todou was fighting the war before Zero came to help

Suzkau as a child got in "bad terms" with is dad because of the war

Lelouch and Suzaku walked through a field of dead bodies as children because.

For some people the war never ended. Especially the Japanese and other anti-Britanian nations. Lelouch might be ending it now completely thanks to his Gaess.

No it won't. She's not going to fight Lelouch, not unless he does something incredibly stupid. If she was that far gone, they wouldn't be talking as such.

Well assuming that the speculations about Sky of Damocles is correct it's catch 22 for the UFN. Do you loose your will and fall in line to Lelouch's vision of the world or do you take the possibility of dieing or fall in line to Shniezel's vision of the world. argh....both options suck...

You don't think a month is enough time to make up your mind over your ideals during a time of war?

I kind of wonder what the point was of the one month time gap.

The episode summaries implies the war has been continuing.

Lelouch didn't get a Code like everyone was thinking he would. I said that an immortal hero would be a stupid thing to do in the story. It's dull.

I don't see any reason why the UFN would side with Schneizel. We know that he's going to threaten the world with his FLEIJA bombs as the end boss. Also the episode summary implies he will call for an end to the war.

Why would he call for a neutral ground if he wants to continue the war against the UFN?

He's dedicated, but not evil I think. He's just set on what needs to be done. Plus, he doesn't have an evil face in the preview, so it's a small ray of hope.

one of the lines in the summeries says : the fates of many men and women are changed and intertwined
which means she either joins him (and they get a relationship upgrade) or she becomes his enemy
next ep might be a make or break for them

And suzaku STILL cannot become the knight of one

Ok I'm guessing they rebel against both. XingKe and his Chinese buds lead an attack on Lelouch's front where as Todouh and OotBK lead an attack on Shniezel's front. The whole point of the rebellion is to die rather than go out a slave.
