Manga 'Rifle is Beautiful' is getting an anime adaptation.

Plot

Kokura Hikari is a first-year high school girl who loves rifle shooting. She entered Chidori High School because it had a shooting club, but finds that the club had been disbanded. She had only one day to find enough members to reform the club, but luckily was able to find three other first-year girls who she had met at a competition in middle school.

Thus begins the daily activities of the Chidori High Shooting Club.

I clicked the thread thinking it could be an action/adventure anime original, turn out it's another CGDCT with firearms theme. Artstyle looks like New Game!, I seriously hope the anime will not ruin it.

Not giving high school students real rifles... what the heck authors think they are doing?!

0/10 Japanese students should be allowed use any guns, armored vehicles or fighter aircrafts and anything less suck big time.

This series opens gentle and quiet-like, and I have no objection. The question now is, will real rifles be used at some point in place of the training rifles?

imo.....no, atm they are using laser light for training and probaly at a "Live Firing Range", they will use a .22 calibre round
