I think that her ex tried to deface/burn her or something like that when he kicked her out. And I think it won’t be depressing, they are too broken and wounds are too fresh to have a love story. I think they will have fun together and this will help both of them in finding a ray of hope to win their sadness one day and then they will say goodbye with a smile on their face.

This arc is just filler, baiting that something will happen but at the end of the day nothing happens after all.

Misaki was a model and someone from the production team was jealous and put a substance on her lotion that made that scar, she ended up doing some jobs here and there and working as an escort (expensive whore). Natsuo obviously tried to help her, the next day she's looking for a room for herself but Kasumi (the other girl) saw her doing some weird deal with a random guy and Misaki wants to keep everything hidden from Misaki because she look up to her. Typical filler drama.

Damn, it was hurtful that she got an acid burn from someone who mixed corrosive chemical into her lotion. Sadly, such thing tend to happen in real life, especially with someone is secretly holding grudge on a person & wanting to get rid of that person, denying anyone from striving their dreams.

Natsuo is still trying to deal with the whole break up, Misaki is trying to use the money she got from her job (we know what that means) to pay Natsuo and in a way stay in his apartment. After that they go out together and natsuo tells her his story, that he's unable to write thinking that both of them are empty and that's why they can speak about this (soooooo boring this soap opera drama).

After that Hina goes to visit Natsuo and finds a guy there asking if she lives there, then ask if she's related to Misaki. Yeah, we're in for more forced drama.
