Dat plushie heaven . Its nice to see chiyu now a burst linker since it would of been lame if they didn't make her one with all the hinting at it. I was laughing the entire team when she was beating the crap out of haru and taku was just watching guess its payback from before . Overall great episode.

I just noticed something from Lime Bell's attack on Haru. She hit him a total of 3 times, and his life level was almost at zero. How strong is she for a level 1 defensive oriented dueler? If she can defeat others with just 4 hits, she would be one of the most powerful figures Accel World, and that's as a healer.

It was mentioned in episode 11 that SC is weak against physical attacks specifically the CQC types. You could say his defenses are sacrificed for immunity against status effects like poison.

Regarding traumas in your previous post, I doubt the Lvl 9's overcame their traumas.

First thing I'm disappointed about is that the OP hasn't changed
Chrome Disaster was defeated last episode, and this is the beginning of the new arc, so a new OP would have been nice.

Did Haru's pig avatar shrink another size? The height is around knee lenght now, Chiyu's head used Haru's whole upper body and part of his legs as a pillow.

Lime Bell, green (defence) and yellow (indirect attack/healing), its height looks around Chiyu's height.

KYH offers him a reward and what does he think of first? A steak followed by delusions followed by self loathing

Her Lime Bell avatar is pretty nice and she's totally loving it.
Being healer type seems to be a dangerous thing, but very useful.

Chiyu lime bell is not a healer she is a time Mage she basically reverse a state of the target to a previous state...you can see from the anime where silver crow got "healed" the hp got up but the sp gauge got down if it only just a normal heal the sp gauge would just stay the same...

The healing by turning back time, or rejecting what has happened, is very similar to Orihime's power.

Nice catch! More proof that Chiyu abilities revolve around time, instead of healing.

I pointed out earlier that during the special attack animation, I notice that the inside of her cannon has a rotating clock.

Well, in-spite of Lime bell being vulnerable I think she will be good asset for Black lotus legion, I mean one of the six king is healer to right? So that's mean Lime bell must have good potential to be level 9.

My impression with Taku is that he's still living with guilt. I think he feels that his only way to make amends is to be a perfectly 100% supportive friend/teammate to Haru and Chiyu, and a perfectly 100% supportive/obedient/respectful follower to Kuro.

Taku has become this very stoic guy that's truly the ultimate bro/friend/follower.

While that does make him likeable, I hope that one day he'll feel Okay being a little bit selfish at least.


Anyway, Episode 13 was really good. I'm impressed with how they've handled Black Lotus. She's obviously too hax/powerful to be around all the time, but her character is also just too good to have had her sidelined indefinitely after the big car injury of many episodes ago. So I think the anime has hit a really good balance with her by having her around/contributing for big team-effort moments (like going after Chrome Disaster and dealing with Yellow Radio), but also allowing her to head off for awhile so that Haru, Taku, and Chiyu can truly grow as characters themselves (and not have to rely too much on Black Lotus).

As for Lime Bell, that's a really nice character design. And having her be a time-based healer is very cool. It rounds out Black Lotus' team almost perfectly, imo.

Taku pretty much like android now and in IMO that's not good, I mean when he reached his limit for being obedient it would be disaster (worst case it'll lead to betrayal).

Yeah, totally. I know Taku per se doesn't feel unhappy but as an outsider I just have to hope that he will somehow be true to his own desires someday because his (admittedly wicked) affection for Chiyu at that time was really strong and it's simply admirable. He's gotta reach for an ending if he doesn't want to stay as a support character, so to say. Even supporters can have their routes and become side protagonists!

I agree, but even without that, I wish they'd be considerate enough not to go poking at old wounds. Chiyu especially. I'm not trying to absolve Taku of anything, but she's got to admit he wasn't entirely wrong in his jealousy. Just in what he did about it.

He probably should stand up for himself at some point. Otherwise, yeah, he might boil over one day.

Yeah, I think that Fenrir_valindri has it. Kuro is truly in love (in every sense of the word) with Haru. She's flirting a bit with him because of that. The promise of a reward for successfully defending their territory is just her way of flirting with him while trying to keep his morale up. I don't think we can question Kuro's sincerity towards Haru at this point.

Agreed. Chiyu's a bit too immature when it comes to realizing the impact that "feminine wiles" can have on guys, even if those wiles are coming from a platonic childhood friend of many years.

I don't think she's intentionally a "NTR Queen", but she is one anyway because she just doesn't get it. She really needs to start figuring guys out. Especially since it's not that hard to.

Ever since that moment when she flopped unceremoniously on her bed for a tethered heart-to-heart with Haru, all I could think was "You are either immeasurably clueless, or a complete monster." Thankfully, all evidence points to her being the former. I really do feel for her, and it's appropriate that her power lets her restore what's been lost, but I can't help but sympathize with Taku and Haru for the position she unwittingly puts them in.
