the damage they inflicted on plot nonewithstanding, anime had nice and memorable voice acting. I fail to see the point to watch this dubbed, it's not like the english dub seems uber-great from the trailer... it's no mess up, but that about it 0.o

I rly want next chapter ...

Though being english audio dubbed, it's going to have japanese audio subbed and i love Ura-Moka's sexy japanese voice.

Since chapter 44 took so long to be translated i wonder if the next chapter will be delayed for a few days, i hope thats not the case.

i think the first season of the anime was normal, the second season no good...also the 'animation could be done better..
i thinkt here was great potential for this series..but probably,needed to wait for the second series of manga was more forward with the story...too bad.....

i like the story with a vampire and love....like Dance in the vampire bund (serie anime) i loved this!

Shiki is a lot darker, but that's also quite a cool vampire series.

inner mokas voice sounds like inner moka very grown up and um well yeah grown up and cool i wounder if she sounds like that in the manga it would be cool if the manga pages would be color but i like black and white too

Hmm, I'd say that image is just ripe for someone skilled with photoshop to colorize it with even better quality than the other one taken right from the manga page... if the original of that line-art were at least 3,000 pixels in height.

Exactly, i wanna see that colored but they have to make Akasha's eyes crimson and not emerald since crimson is Akasha's eye color, like other vampires, sometimes ppl get confused between Omote-Moka and Akasha.

Well, we don't know exactly what color Akasha's eyes are really, and I wouldn't be so fast to assume that they are crimson on a regular basis. You'll end up making an @$$ out of yourself if the one time an official colored manga cover is done with her on it, and Akasha's eyes turn out to be any other color other than crimson. Hell, other than Moka, Kokoa, and Akua, we don't know the eye color of any other vampires we've seen so far either, so it's rather wrong to assume they're all crimson too. For example, Kahlua, Issa, Gyokuro, and those other unnamed vampires at the mansion during Moka's flashback didn't have specified colors of eyes or hair even, so no assumptions can be made about the whole of the vampire race other than what has been mentioned. Though I would grant that it's possible that from other youkai's perspective, Moka is an archetype for what they have heard of vampires in terms of hair and eye color, but we've already seen examples of this not holding true, namely in Kokoa's case. We can only assume her eyes turn red when they turn to slits, but again, that's an assumption and not a definite.

I also think it was meant that people were to be made confused, because if they assume Moka is really Akasha, and know Akasha's Dark Lord title, they would likely not mess with Moka if the other party knew this, and thought they would get their buts blown to bits like Akasha's kicks did to Alucard. So in a way it's a form of protection, if everyone that would know this thought like that, instead of knowing that Moka is just Akasha's daughter and much weaker in that form. Though it seems this tactic never worked as we've seen, but there was probably no way for Akasha to know that it wouldn't, but I guess it was worth a try.

I just love the crimson red slitted eyes...

Of course, the only two to possess these colored eyes is Moka and Tsukune but there is also a colored page of Akua with red eyes so that makes three and in other vampire manga such as Vampire Knight and Dance In The Vampire Bund, the vampires in these series, their eyes are also red, i think that in the R+V series Ikeda would make their eye appearance red, but he hasn't done much coloring pages for the vampires to confirm their red eye color, unfortunately, i don't wanna make a fuss of this but come on, RED SLITTED EYES ARE AWESOME!!!
