Some people call it IMS Guildy, that has a strong budget animation attribute.

Watching this series and Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai series, hearing the CVs makes me think that Tailred's and Tailyellow's roles are completely reversed.
And Twirl's CV is also a obvious reference.

These two genres are rather similar, and just look at Miharu.
When the attribute is compared between Miharu and Rikka, Miharu's attribute is definitely stronger.

Why that? I didn't really spot marked differences between the BD and the TV releases, since episodes 1 and 2 were okay from an animation standpoint. It wasn't until the middle episodes when it turned hideous. What was noticeable, however, was a difference in texture and thereby also colours.

In Ultimagils base, worshipping Tailred as always, and ignoring Tailblue and Tailyellow as always.
Watching the videos of Tailreds delivering finishing blow, Grand Blazer on defeated Elemarians.
Elemarians, while watching are imagining their defeat by Tailred and being full of both joy and grief.

Then they had a meeting about how would Tailred live his/her daily life outside of battlefield.
Squirrel Guildy with his strong backpack(elementary) attribute suggested the settings and backgrounds.
They imagines about Tailred again, being a elementary school student, wearing elementary school backpack, going to elementary school.
Tailred's fellow students and her teacher all being distracted by Tailred's twintail.
Tailred serving in cafeteria while her twintail is still being the attention, drinking milk if she is concerned about height.
But Elemarians started argued each other about how scenarios would proceed.
Sparrow Guildy calmed everyone down with insisting of breaking the seal of beserker Tailblue beating up Levia Guildy with her bare hands video.
No Elemarians wanted to see that disgrace and horror again.

Continuing the imaginination, after school Tailred is cleaning the classroom, other students helped her cleaning whether to leave it as talking to her or not.
Knowing what is going to happen after that, Elemarians started to feel a little remorse.
Thinking it was their fault for interrupting Tailred's daily life and making her fight with them since they are enemies.
"How can this be. To think that we made Tailred's smiling face so dull...!!"
"If possible we also want Tailred to smile! But why is god so cruel........we are destined to fight!!"

Then Squirrel Guildy, stood up and declared that it is his turn to fight the Twintails and launched.

It was a good series, no the best but better than most of what we got this past anime season, here's hoping a 2nd season happens.

But man I have to say twintail element is so powerful there's even a twintail pokemon with Mega Mawile.

The thing I'm disappointed about the anime is Solar-chan didn't last long. It would be nice to see the student's reactions in seeing her come into school as a transfer student, turning it into uproar. Then get popular and have a fanbase in school.

If only I could get a copy and read the novel.

Spoiler for Novel ex1 more pieces:

Souji is too exhausted from being Tailred.
The classmates, both males and females discussion about Tailred wears Souji down even more.
One of the male student suggested an idea of printing illustraion of Tailred on his underwear.
Souji went to the nurse's office to have some rest.
Of course Aika and Twirl wanted to take care of him.

Twirl is already eager to cure Souji's fever with her naked body.
Aika as always stopping Twirl's wrongdoings with violence.
Twirl brings out her Anti Aika System system once again to pull down Aika's skirt down.
The weird thing is that Aika is rather irritated about is that she did not feel any presense of Anti Aika System, not her skirt being pulled down.
Erina sees that and Twirl instantly denies it is not about Twirl's and Aika's having a yuri relationship.
Mikoto, taking an advantage of the situation, she decides to nurse Souji in the condition of filling out marriage application form, and says she can nurse Souji whenever he is sick as her husband.
Aika pulls Mikoto out, while Erina makes her move, naked to become Souji's blanket.

Then the alarm sounds, Elemerian appeared.
Since Souji is sick, only Aika and Erina will launch.
Twirl says she'll stay to take care of Souji.
Aika obviously of course cannot trust Twirl living Souji alone with her.
Aika recommended Mikoto, but Twirl disagrees that Souji cannot be left alone with Mikoto because Mikoto's marriage application form being signed is promised.
Souji decides to go along with Aika and Erina, but only staying on the sidelines.
Mikoto makes a promise to Souji to come back safely so he can fill in the marriage application form.

Spoiler for Novel ex1 more and more pieces:

The fight starts between Tailblue and Tailyellow vs Squirrel Guildy.
Before Squirrel Guildy even finish his lines of how the randoseru(Japanese elementary school backpack) unfit Tailblue, Tailblue sent him flying.
Squirrel Guildy isn't strong as himself but he has Ultiroids for his support.
He argues not all elementary school students wears randoseru because they stopped wearing not too long after.
Randoseru meant to be wore upon children's shoulders while growing, he says.
He eagers Tailred to wear the randoseru, he believes it will look good on her even while on her Tailgear battle armor, telling her to show the whole children of the world, Tailred wearing a randoseru.
Blue and Yellow were busy fighting with Ultiroids.
Tailred feels worse than before he transformed.
Squirrel Guildy was able to put on the randoseru on Tailred successfully, it is just an ordinary randoseru though.

The children, adults and Twirl watching, gave Tailred a big applause for showing that she is wearing a randoseru.
Childrens hurried to his/her smartphones to put it up on the blog, some complained Tailblue is on the picture.
Adults pushing each other, whichever channel trying to broadcast the scene first.
Twirl, got an idea to make a figurine of Tailred wearing a randoseru.
Tailred, in despair.

Squirrel Guildy made a victory pose:
"Are you seeing this, my comrades..... I finally made Tailred wear a rendoseru.....!!
With this many children's randoseru attributes will grow stronger, so Squirrel Guildy can steal all the attributes from them.
Tailred decided to protect those attributes.
To Tailred, Elemerians speaks of love but also stealing those love that they speak.

Tailyellow decided to attach Tailred's back since the rendoseru seemed to a hinderance.
Tailblue thinks it is just a ordinary rendoseru though.
Tailyellow's stomach squashes the rendoseru while breasts touches Tailred's head.
Now it is just looks like Tailred is wearing Tailyellow on her back.
Squirrel Guildy loses his spirit and defeated by Tailred in one strike.

Surrounding people complains how Tailyellow is now stuck on Tailred's back.
Tailyellow refuses to get off and wanting to become Tailred's new backpack.
Tailblue carries both Red and Yellow together back to the base.
