Okay, now I'm curious about something.

It's said that the IS pilot suits can stop a small caliber bullet. But can it stop a .458 SOCOM?

I doubt it. IS pilot suits probably have similar or lesser protection to Kevlar, so no deep impact or armor piercing bullets will be blocked.

@ Jak - Sorry, I meant "I doubt it could block it". 9mm and SMG bullets are probably blocked, but the kinetic force would make it hurt like a thrown brick.

@ Treme - Need I remind you that I'm horrible at tech? Demi and Senpai are the experts there, I'm more in it for plot and characters.

@ Jak - Meaning that nothing is really worth Jak (hehe) shit because they'll always be saved by the AD. You could throw a nuke at them and the AD would most likely save them.

Your choice then. As I said, I'm bad at tech, so don't expect me to know every piece of tech that is blatantly impossible. By the way, if your OC's attack any of the main cast or ISA students, they'e going to look like a bunch of bad guys.

Talking about Character....

I really wanted to improve on Cecilia.... so far I don't really have a good grasp of her personality...

Other than the fact that she dislike weak men.

Somehow whatever personality Cecilia had, other characters had it, making it difficult to distinguish her from others....

One trait she had which others don't have is the oujo-sama arrogant air until she dropped it in flavor of love-dopey mode for Ichika....

I am not sure if there is such word but Cecilia felt like Jack-of-all-personality(as in having personality which other girls has but not always that extreme)

@ Treme - Cecilia's main flaw is pride and nationalism. Now, pride and nationalism isn't a bad thing as long as it's regulated, but she puts it to the extreme. In her first appearnce alone she insults Japan by calling a backwater country full of indiotic people in a class filled to the brim with Japanese students! That's like going to asia and loudly saying "I hate Asians!" in the middle of a crowd.

As a really bad gag: The China Rep candidate's personal IS is a poor imitation of all countries' IS.... It tend to be very unreliable due to cost cutting.... (Referencing some of poorly made/fake imitation of good made by some immoral China Company)

Moar edit: Explanation for this: The money pour into the research of the IS technology by China went into somebody's pocket instead.

Then I'll take that as a sign of going in the right direction, because my guys are more of the Antihero types.

Even if they were to encounter the canon cast, they would avoid as much conflict as possible. They don't want others to get involved in their own matters. They'll most likely think that it'll do nothing but cause trouble.

@ Jak - Attacking people who have no hostility against them due to prejudices is not anti-heroic, it's just villainous. Irish does the same thing and it sure as he'll isn't anti-heroic, just dickish.

@ Treme - What bugs mr even more is one of her friends outside the harem, Takatsuki Shizune, is a full blooded Japanese. What, did they just think the blatant racist insults didn't matter?

Spoiler for Silverback Weaponry (Sidearms, but still updating): Silverback weapons can be used without the the combat armor, but they'll be a lot weaker. They work on a "bow and arrow" system. The armor being the "bow" and the weapons being the "arrow". The arrow alone can do some damage, but not much without it's bow. Stinger SMG: A Submachine Gun that's specialized for short range combat. This is mainly due to the short length of the barrel, making it inaccurate at longer range. Although it is short ranged, it makes up for it with the amount of fire power it has. *Without* the Silverback, each shot would be as powerful as a .458 SOCOM. Desert Ranger: Thunder Crash's standard issued sidearm for the last 15 years of it's active service. A Semi-Automatic pistol for longer range combat over the Stinger SMG. Because of it's high muzzle energy, the shots impacts its target instantly. Since it's conversion for the Silverback combat armor, it became a fearsome sidearm when it comes to mid range combat. *Without* the Silverback, each shot would be as powerful as a .50 Caliber. And these are the "small arms" fire. If they're like that, think about the Saber and Shockburst assault rifles.

Now for the gamebreaker Akatsubaki Dual Core Let just say Gamebreaker is an understatement. Due to perfection of Dual Core technology.... Akatsubaki can activate both IS cores' one-off ability at the same time (The Cetus (previously mentioned Nightmare IS) can only active one one-off ability at a time) The Second core can provide either offensive or defensive one-off ability that draw power from Akatsubaki's original One-off ability Why the power up? Well.... in Tabane's own words: Life is unfair. Thankfully, there is no such thing as total perfection: Weakness: The second core's One-off ability is a trump card which can only be play once..... because the first core generated too much power for the Second core to handle, causing the IS to overheat, forcing the second core to shut down. causing Akatsubaki reverting back to One-core IS....until then... Akatsubaki's ability is doubled with Second Core active. Bad new for Cecilia because in my story, Cecilia will be Houki's rival (due to opposing color scheme of their IS). Facing a powerful opponent only make the Underdog shine brighter! (Assuming that I don't change my mind and let Houki win....) __________________ Ara Han
