From the tiny version I saw it looked like he had one on.

Now the framing for this image makes even less sense.

Looks like Nove is the only other one embarassed about it.

You can tell by the way that her edges on the left are brighter than the rest of her, rather than darker.

She's not embarassed about the "photo" either, she just isn't comfortable around so many happy, friendly people. She's shy like that.

I know this is strange, but how old is Vivio here? She looks more gifted in some areas as compared to Vita, Cinque, Agito, Rein II and Isis and Cario. The former five I can understand but Isis and Cario?

Cario is the worst as seen in Vivid and Force in terms of growth as other than her hair and gaining maturity, she still looks like a kid. As she is paired with Erio whom experienced growth burst, she looks even more like a kid when next to Erio.

Caro is a dwarf. No doubt about it. Her size is a running gag in Force too, where Thoma when he meets them again first has to look waaay up to look Erio in the eyes, and then waaay down to look Caro in the eyes.

As for Vivio's physique... well, looking at her adult form, that girl growing fast is little surprise. Also, remember that this is Force. Vivio is 12 here, puberty would have begun to show by this time.

Nove has always been embarrassed being naked around guys. In the StrikerS manga, she got embarrassed when the girls were debating Otto's gender (which Quattro had told the twins to keep a secret).

While a natural reaction, I can sort of see where the rest is coming from too. Thoma is by almost all accounts family, after all.

No, Vivio was 12 at the start of Force, but Force has since moved forward. In Gears of Destiny Thoma specifically states the Vivio he knows is 13.
