.. on a side note, should we really be using the term "rosary" instead of rosario" to decribe the cross (and maybe collar)?

actually I think Outer Moka's looks were her original looks as well as personality. They underwent a change when Akasha gave her the Shinso blood. Inner Moka is the personality of the blood. She has domination over the body because of it. She's basically Tsukune when his blood is active. It's just that she has used it since birth so her body has adjusted and controlled it in a more natural way. So her personality turned out much more normal when compared to Tsukune's usage.

Outer Moka had been asleep since the blood was put in her. The blood was always active so there was no way for her to wake up. Even to Akasha she was an unknown entity. Akasha intended for an artificial personality to take the place of inner Moka when she was sealed but the workings of the rosary left the necessary space for inner moka to finally awaken and take her place instead. The rosary repressed all aspects of the blood which turned even her form back to what it was when she was born as well. Because she has been suppressed all of her life, her personality is innocent as well. It was never built upon the views of the Shuzen as her sisters or the need to be strong and continue to fight.

It may also be possible that Akasha knew of outer Moka's existence and that was the real reason for suppressing Inner Moka. To free the outer Moka and maybe eventually see the 2 become one and be free. Telling her that Outer Moka was an artificial personality was just so that Inner wouldn't feel as threatened by her until they became too valuable to each other and viewed each other equally.

I see, I kind of fell like an idiot for not noticing that.

Anyway, I don't want Outer Moka to be "fully" back, since I don't want Moka behaving like that all the time.

My ideal solution would be for a part of Outer Moka's "girly" personality traits to be integrated into Inner Moka's personality, and considering chapter 26 of the Second Season, Ikeda might actually be aiming for that.

Basically, a reversal of what happened to Tsukune during his second fight with Kuyou, during which I believe Tsukune's human consciousness has merged with the instincts of his Shinso blood, that defined the "Berserk side" of his being, which was created when Tsukune reached the limit of the vampire blood injections that his human body could take.

One thing that I'm sure about is that keeping the way Moka's personality traits have been (with one personality being suppressed by the Rosario, while the other one is the dominant personality) won't resolve this problem.

I'm pretty certain that at this point Akua is going to be tag teamed by Inner Moka and Tsukune.

The reasons why I think that are a few:

1.) Tsukune's one month training's main purpose was to become strong enough to defeat Akua, and in my opinion it would be a significant punch from the author if he wouldn't make Tsukune have a significant impact in defeating Akua, since anything else would basically make Tsukune's one month training with Tohou Fuhai redundant.

2.) Inner Moka has no way of blocking Akua's Jigen-tou, which seriously put the odds against her if she was forced to fight Akua alone.

3.) We still need to become aware of what exactly Tsukune is currently capable of, since I doubt that Tsukune showed his current full capabilities during his second fight with Kuyou (unfortunately, since that's probably the reason why that ... is still alive )

All of that, makes me think that it's pretty unlikely that Inner Moka will be fighting Akua on her own.

On a different topic, I kind of saw some people comment that Tsukune will RAGE (in other words that his powers will go out of control), after this chapter appeared - well it might not have been on this board, but I will still say what I think on that matter - and in my opinion, that can't, and probably won't happen again, since like I said sometime ago, I believe that Tsukune's vampire instincts (his berserk or GHOUL side, as some people call it ) have already merged with Tsukune's human consciousness, so if Tsukune loses control again, well in my opinion, it would lead us straight to a downer ending, where Tsukune will become a second Alucard, and honestly speaking no matter how dramatic the events of the current arc are, I doubt that Ikeda would do something like that to his main protagonist.

I have an opinion that Kurumu did something to the barrier surrounding Moka and the reason for that is simple, I doubt that Inner Moka is suited to being in a Damsel in Distress role - after all it's pretty out of character for her to wait for help and sit there without doing anything, when her friends are hurt right in front of her.

Not to mention, I also don't see Inner Moka calmly talking with Akua, while her friends bleed on the floor - well I agree with you on one thing, that Akua probably won't try to seriously hurt Inner Moka, but Inner Moka might have an different opinion on that.

On the topic of Alucard's resurrection, I don't think it matters if Moka releases him by use of the ritual or Moka releasing her Shinso powers during her fight with Akua, I still have an opinion that Fairy Tale's plan to release Alucard will still end in a spectacular failure, since they didn't their research and don't know that Tsukune has also inherited Moka's Shinso blood - and I still think that he's also an necessary element of the puzzle that needs to be solved to successfully revive Alucard.

And even if Moka is still surrounded by the barrier, I have no doubt that she's going to be freed from it by Tsukune, once he gets there (which should occur soon, hopefully in the next chapter), and participate in the fight against Akua, since like I said earlier it's pretty unusual for Inner Moka to sit on the sidelines and let others take care of things.

First and foremost, you guys were making it sound like Kuyou had gotten away without a scratch; while he was still alive and lack of missing chunks of flesh, at least he had blood coming from the corner of his mouth, which works... somewhat. Second, other than the obvious 'we need a translation NAO!' part, I'm that by the time summer's over in RL Akua will be quite dead. Unfortunately, I have this horrible feeling that next chapter, we're going to see more of Akua interacting with Moka, and possibly revealing the promise... instead of what we all want to see, which is Tsukune laying a very hard, painful smackdown on Akuha (possibly with Inner's help)

Ugh... I forgot that waiting a month from these cliffhangers can be killer. And as much as I'd like to see Tsukune actually rip Akuha limb from limb, and maybe throw in that blast we saw when he went berserk mode, and generally mutilate her until she can no longer be recognized... well, that obviously ain't going to happen

Why did Kuyou leave that battle with only a bit of blood on the corner of his mouth? Seriously, Tsukune punched him so fast and so hard a mantle of flames couldn't even touch him and that's it? That's all the damage he get's? Someone needs to tell the author that a kind MC can also lay the heavenly smackdown on someone if need be.
Besides, maiming and mutilating without killing the opponent are acceptable ways of having a MC deal with his enemies and still maintaining status quo.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with you that there is a huge chance that the contents of Akua's promise with Akasha is going to be revealed - the contents of a promise that has already been broken by Akua, which like so many other things, she hasn't realized yet.

After all, one thing that I'm quite sure that Akasha wouldn't want is for Moks to participate in a ritual that would awaken Alucard, and Akua's actions intentionally or unintentionally have led to the situation where Moka currently is.

So, overall, I doubt that the contents of the promise between Akua and Akasha matter anymore, since that promise have already been broken anyway, it's just that Akua hasn't realized that, yet.
