Yeah, because I took Madoka out of equation. ToLoveRu villains is... incompetent to say at the least but they still have their roles, Seitokai Yakuindomo DOESN'T have anyone remotely close to a villain.

Mostly Follow The Leader-esque about human waging a hopeless war against... something (Tabane's 'henchmen'?).

Here, I.S. are something of a tactical weapon, and is not exoskeleton but 5-6 meter tall super robot that can only piloted by girls (age emphasis). It has mass produced, real robot-esque inferior brethren called Terrestrial Dreamer (referring to their inability of extended flight... until certain unit is introduced at least). Ichika was supposed to be a TD pilot until he stumbles on a prototype IS and thus.....

No, she probably do it cheerfully.
