Jutsu: Ryu Manako Sharingan (Dragon Eye Sharingan)
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: This type of Sharingan can completly penetrate through nearly every A-rank jutsu and Sharingan.
Advantages: If your opponent is from the Uchiha clan you could stop their genjutsus with your sharingan.
Disadvantages:After using Dragon Eye Sharingan you will get exhausted and could faint if you over used it. So don't use it for over 10 minutes

The Ryu Rasengan sounds like a version of the Odoma Rasengan for non-Jinchuuriki. I do wonder though, why the Ryu?

The Ryu Sharingan is just plain overpowered, even for a Sharingan. Just looking at it gives you instant damage? You might want to drop that part.

Wow, it's been a long time since I've submitted a character. I'm sorry about that, but up until now I've had no inspiration. But here's another earth shinobi, the second character I've made belonging to the criminal organization of my own design, Kurotsuchi. A previous character of mine, Nakano Ryuunosuke, was also a member of Kurotsuchi. Enjoy!

Usual Attire/Appearance: He, like many others in Kurotsuchi, wears a "slashed" Iwagakure headband around his forehead and fingerless gloves with metal plates engraved with the Iwagakure symbol crossed out. He dons a black overcoat with vertical dark brown stripes over a dyed black flak jacket. His hair is worn very close-cropped, just short of a buzz-cut. He has a large "X" shaped scar on the back of his right hand, which is usually hidden by his gloves.
Miscellaneous: He is extremely cautious (almost to the point of cowardice), and prefers sneak attacks above all else. Therefore he is a genjutsu-type shinobi and entrances his targets with genjutsu before he attacks them.

History/Personality:
Katsurou led a fairly happy and content life, until at age 14 he found out his parents had been killed while on a mission for the village, along with two other chuunin who were part of the same squad. The mission had reportedly been a success, but his parents had died during the mission. Devastated, he buried himself in his studies. A few weeks after the incident, he was taken in by a jounin named Kiyoshi Fukui, a man skilled in the art of genjutsu. Kiyoshi taught Katsurou many high level and dangerous genjutsu techniques. Over the next few years, he eventually become a chuunin, then a jounin after completing many dangerous missions on behalf of his village.

This ended when he learned more about his parents' death, and the mission they were on. It turned out that they had been but sacrificial pawns in a game between nations vying for territory and lines on a map. The mission had been to protect a feudal lord in another nation close to the border of the Earth Country, and several squads were sent to protect this minor lord during his defection. They had been outnumbered, but prevailed. At first Katsurou considered this a great sacrifice, at least until he saw one more piece of information: The feudal lord's land was a mere 30 acres of land. Barely enough land to even mark on a map - that was what Katsurou's parents had died for.

Confused and distraught, he confronted the Tsuchikage, but was dismissed entirely. Furious at the outright dismissal of the value of his parents' lives, he attempted an attack on the Tsuchikage himself, but was sorely outmatched and outnumbered. He was thrown in prison. However, using genjutsu he had himself created from his long experience with genjutsu type techniques, he escaped from his imprisonment and fled Iwagakure, swearing that the Tsuchikage and the other leaders of the village would pay for what they had done.

Later, he joined Kurotsuchi and is now one of the central members. He holds a lot of sway in the group, and the other Kurotsuchi listen when he speaks. He is considered a great threat to Iwagakure and the shinobi world.

Earth Style Techniques (Ninjutsu):
Tsuchi Bunshin no Jutsu ("Rock Clone Technique") - Forms clones out of stone, which are much like any other type of clone technique (e.g. shadow/water/mist clones), except that rock clones are a bit more durable than other types of clones because they are made of stone, thus are harder. However, they require slightly more chakra. Depending on how many are made (Tanaka can handle making over 8 at a time), the chakra consumption is low to moderate. E-rank, supplementary, all ranges. Hand Signs: Rat (held until clones are fully formed)

Doton: Yama Maisou (Earth Release: Mountain Burial) - This attack sucks in the target until they are buried as much as the user desires, whther it be just their legs or up to to their head to suffocate them to death. While this technique requires very little chakra to execute, it is slow and can be evaded by opponents that are quick on their feet. C-rank, offensive, all ranges. Hand Signs: Dog, Ox, Tiger (held as long as desired)

Doton: Doryuu Taiga ("Earth Release: Moving Land River") - Turns the ground underneath the enemies' feet to mud and quicksand, allowing the user to either bury them under the flow of mud (hopefully killing them through asphyxiation), or to carry them father away from the user as he prepares another attack while the enemy is temporarily hindered or immobilized. This can cover a large area, but would require a great deal more chakra. B-rank (depending on area of effect), supplementary, all ranges. Hand Signs: Tiger (held until jutsu is complete)

Shuriken Tsuchi Bunshin no Jutsu ("Shuriken Rock Clone Technique") - A technique that multiplies a thrown object into many exact replicas of the original. It creates clones made from the surroundings that do damage in addition to the object(s) they copy. Chakra consumption is very low to moderate, depending on how many are made. D-rank, offensive, all ranges. Hand Signs: Dragon, Rat

Other Ninjutsu:
Kuchiyose no Jutsu ("Summoning Technique") - Katsurou can summon spiders to fight for him. He uses their webs to immobilize and traps his opponents before he moves in for the kill (or retreats). A-rank, supplementary, short range (0-5m). Hand Signs: Boar, Dog, Tiger, Monkey, Ram

Genjutsu (Illusionary Techniques):
Magen: Jubaku Satsu ("Demonic Illusion: Tree Binding Death") - A large tree appears, and branches form form around the target's limbs and torso. This effectively convinces the target that he/she is immobilized, and leaves them open to attack. It is most effective if used in tandem with another genjutsu that alters the appearance of the environment first. B-rank, Supplementary/offensive, short range (0-5m). Hand Signs: Dog, Snake, Monkey, Ox, Tiger

Magen: Tajuu Nise no Kankyou no Jutsu ("Demonic Illusion: Mass False Surroundings Technique") - This is an extremely potent genjutsu that seizes almost full control of the target's chakra network in the brain and sends continuous impressions of different environments in rapid succession, assaulting all five senses at once. Only strong minds can stand the constant and rapid floww of information, and it requires and even stronger mind and willpower to overcome the jutsu. Weak minds will suffer from sensory overload and most likely pass out from the strain. This jutsu is not very chakra-intensive as one might expect from a high-level genjutsu, but the technique also puts considerable strain on the mind of the user as well, because they are the ones manipulating the chakra and sending the false information. This technique is typically established by sound, through sub-harmonic sounds waves sent through the ground by the user, making this a difficult technique to detect and evade. However, perhaps the most amazing thing about this technique is that its seals can be performed one-handed, making normal limb restraints no bar to Katsurou's technique. S-rank, supplementary, short to midrange (0-15m). Hand Signs: Dog, Tiger, Ox, Dragon, Tiger (can also be executed by repeating this sequence twice with just one hand)

About the criminal organization Kurotsuchi (a repeat):
This criminal organization consists of twelve missing-nin from the Land of Earth that have banded together not because of any sense of camaraderie, but rather for individual gain (i.e. profit). This group's number never exceeds nor is lower than twelve at any time. If any member should die or be captured, no thought is given to it and that member is immediately replaced by the strongest or smartest candidate waiting next in line. There are few rules, among that profit is always split equally among the members that participate in raids and that it is forbidden to kill another member. This doesn't mean that they can't be killed by a non-member in order to gain their spot. Instead, a formal challenge is issued, where the rules are simply "anything goes - last man standing wins". This group regularly raids trade convoys and the like, but have had to lay low recently because of various efforts by Iwagakure and surrounding villages to more heavily arm their convoys and the send ANBU to hunt them down. Despite the fact that many of the missing-nin wear slashed out Iwagakure headbands, Kurotsuchi has no official group insignia other than the prerequisite that all members wear only black clothing and paint, lacquer, or otherwise render their ninja tools black as well.

The Sutomugan is the byproduct of the Byakugan Genes mixed with the Demon Fox powerful Chakra (btw, this would be Naruto and Hinata having a child) this technique would allow the user to see chakra in nature without sage training. The Sutomugan has three base states, levels one, two and three just like the Sharingan. And then there is the evil version, the Ashiseirei Sutomugan (Demonic Energy Spirit – Tempest Eyes) a form that, when ativated, forcefully focuses the natural chakra around the user’s body and forms a Demonic Cloak that does the same as the Naruto’s Demon Fox Cloak. Once a person activates the Ashiseirei Sutomugan, the user slowly loses their sense of judgement and eventually release all the chakra in their cells and turns into natural chakra themselves.

Techniques

Fuuton: Rasen no Arashi (Spiraling Storm)
Kuya forms the chakra in the air into an orb the size of a basketball and blasts it away like a kamehame-ha from dragonball z

Fuuton: Rasen Shuriken (Spiraling Star)
Mainly the same as the jutsu Naruto used except, Kuya is able to throw the jutsu

Fuuton: Kaze no Kei (Wind Whip)
Kuya forms the chakra around his hand into a rope and can swing it around and even tie up enemies

Suiton: Mizu no Arashi (Water Tempest)
Kuya forces the chakra in the air and pressurizes the air to form rain, then forces the chakra in the rain to make the water move at super speed and attack the enemies with what feels like thousands of minuscule bullets pummeling at your every inch around you

Suiton: Jinsoku no Mizu Tama (Rapid Water Bullet)
Kuya focuses the water chakra in the air, and fires minuscule points of water at such high speed, they appear as three feet long senbon needles

The concept of your kekkei genkai is interesting, but I don't really think the eyes should look that way. Considering that byakugan has no pupil and no iris, don't you think that it should look somewhere in the lines of its predecessor?

i'm sort of basing the eyes to those of naruto when he enters his kyubi form

i just kept to the idea that the sharingan came from the byakugan and it's red not white

so when i made these eyes, i really found that these versions would make sense

I like the eye itself and how it looks except for the fact that it reminds me too much of Sasuke's current Mangekyou Sharingan.

Gekkai genkai: Wangetsugan (wa-get-su-gan)

The wangetsugan or "Crescent Eye" is a doujutsu and is the bloodline limit of the Hisakata clan. When activated, a Hisakata member's iris will turn a dark shade of blue and two, black crescents will develop on opposite sides of the pupil and will face outwards. The abilities of this doujutsu are centered around the memories and past events of a person.
Both of the crescents are unique and useful on ninja missions. Below are the following powers of the two crescent.

1st Crescent-the ability to see into the target's memory and past events that have occurred in their life in a short amount of time. This ability requires eye-contact between the target and Hisakata member even if it's for a second. This trait is excellent in collecting information from the target's previous battles (missions) or confidential information that is known by the opponent. It is because of this ability that over half of the Mist's Anbu's are Hisakata members. The downside to this ability is that irrelavant memories accumulate in a Hisakata's mind over time. This in turn lowers a member's focus during a current situation.

2nd Crescent-the ability to implant memories into the target's mind. The memories planted are all fake and never happened. After this ability has been used, the target will most of the time (not all the time) realize that the Hisakata member is their ally and will attack their real allies. This trait can be countered if the target will stop, think logically, and seek the help of their true allies after this crescent's ability has been used on them.

There are special techniques only for the wangetsugan but I'll list them in my next post. Now moving on to Sakeme's biography.

Sakeme Hisakata is a talented, respected ninja of the Village Hidden in the Mist. She is the Mist's most reverred medical ninjutsu specialist using water to heal herself and her comrads. Sakeme is the great-granddaughter of the First Mizukage and is the middle of three children. She is a quiet-natured woman who is caring and nuturing to those she loves. Although Sakeme is quiet, her beauty makes up for it. With wavy, dark brown hair, blue eyes, and a soft complexion, she has had several men to flirt with her. Sakeme dislikes the type of men that flirt with her and ultimately puts them in a simple genjutsu without them knowing as she walks off. As far as her ninja career, Sakeme's is impressive. At age 10, she graduated from the Academy. Sakeme would have graduated at age 8 but she refused to take the final exam which at the time was to kill her best friend. After refusing to take the exam two more times, the Mizukage at that time and the village elders allowed her to advance seeing great potential in her. Sakeme quickly became a chuunin a year later in a attempt to make up for lost time. After completing the Chuunin rank, she became interested in the art of medical ninjutsu and became the apprentice of Elder Obaasan-the expert of medical jutsu at the time. After 3 years of learning and practicing, Sakeme mastered the techniques known by Elder Obaasan and tested her knowledge up to that point by taking the Jounin Exam. She passed. She went on to work with water as a source of healing and developed several techniques using Itonami water. The Itonami water proved to have special properties when coming in contact with her chakra and allowed Sakeme to develop difficult, advanced jutsus (I'll explain the Itonami water more in-depth in my next post). After 3 years, Sakeme attempted to become an ANBU but failed. She tried again a year later and passed. From then on out, Sakeme's success only improved as she became one the Mizukage's elite ninjas. Time passed. Days became weeks, weeks became months, and months became years. Sakeme's reputation as a ninja spread and she soon became known as the "Tears of the Mist". She earned this nickname because the mask she wore on her face had red tears painted on to make it appear that she was crying. As Sakeme's 24th birthday grew closer, the Mist began to have disputes and conflicts with the Hidden Leaf. Sakeme was sent to fight for the Mist as an equal advantage to Konaha's "White Fang". As she fought with the Leaf Ninja, she came across a true opponent-a man with ruby red eyes. She fought the man many times and he with her but they always ended up at a stand still. After several battles with him, Sakeme began to fall in love with him. She fell in love with the way he spoke to her, the way he treated her, and the respect he gave her. She wondered if he had the same feelings about her and began to avoid attacking him. Currently, Sakeme is questioning her loyalty to her home or to the enemy confused about who to make happy, her village or her heart.

Spoiler for Itonami Water:

Hey guys, I know that you are all ready to hear Sakeme's jutsus, but before I do so I have to explain a vital resource for her jutsu-the Itonami water or "Life" water. To give a short history of the water, it was discovered shortly after the Hidden Mist was founded. The water was found at a spring several miles out of the village. The water looked absolutely normal to everyone who passed by it until one day a ninja died an hour after drinking a large dosage of the water. The ninjas as well as the villagers wondered what could have caused his demise. After performing an autopsy on the body, it was discovered that the water and its unique but lethal properties were the cause of death. The medical ninjas reported to the Mizukage that the water had wiped out all of the ninja's chakra along with his remaining energy. They went on to say that the deadly water traveled through the chakra's circulatory system unlike regular water which travels through the urinary system. The water proved to react to the ninja's chakra, intensifying as the flow of chakra intensified more and more in the ninja's body. It also reacted to the chakra by slowly eating it away depending on the amount of Itonami water that has been drunk. Since the ninja drank such a large quantity, the water ate his chakra quickly and moved on to his remaining energy. With no energy to provide for simple bodily functions, such as a heart beat, he died. The Itonami not only affects the human body, but also water as well. A single drop of Itonami water will dilute in regular water and turn it into a weaker, yet potent form of Itonami water called "Itonami Subistitute"."Itonami Substitute" has half the power and effects of its predecessor. The information gained by the medical specialists was recorded and put away in a confidential section. As for the spring, the Mizukage ordered that it be destroyed and that no one go near the area ever again. As time passed, the people forgot about the "Itonami" water and the incident that occurred until one day Sakeme Hisakata found a cave outside the village. After exploring the cave, she discovered a small pool of water inside it. Thirsty, Sakeme cupped her hands and filled her hands with the water. The water glowed a blueish color and she noticed this luckily before she drank it. Sakeme dropped the water and left the cave in confusion. The water's glow was imprinted in her mind and she could not think of anything else but the water she had found. Several days later, as she was training with Elder Obaasan, she told her mentor about what had happened. Elder Obaasan gave a surprised look on her face and was reluctant to tell Sakeme what she knew. Sakeme could tell that Elder Obaasan knew about the water and after using her Wangetsugan on her teacher, Sakeme learned of the ninja's death and the water that killed him (Elder Obaasan was a child when the incident occurred). Elder Obaasan knew that Sakeme had seen her memories and urged her apprentice not to research into the water any further. Sakeme did not reply to this and went on to learn more about the "Itonami" water by reading the records made about it. To avoid bringing any conflicts in the village, Sakeme went and made a base in the cave where she began to develop forbidden techniques that involved the water

Jutsu Name: Water Soothing Technique
Element: Medical Ninjutsu/Water
Description: After performing the needed hand seals, two spheres of water form above the palms of Sakeme's hands. The water makes contact with the patient's skin and spreads across a portion of the body. Placing her hands above the water and moving them in a circular motion, Sakeme massages the muscles and tendons for several minutes. Sakeme or her team mate are well rested after this technique has been used and can go on to fighter longer and more efficiently.



Jutsu Name: Water Healing Technique
Element: Medical Ninjutsu/Water
Description: After performing the needed hand seals, water forms around Sakeme's or her team mate's wound. The water speeds up the body's healing process significantly and heals almost any injury. How long the technique last depends on the injury. A cut would take a minute or two to heal while repairing organs or regrowing bones would take several hours.



Jutsu Name: Blood Transfusion Technique
Element: Medical Ninjutsu/Forbidden
Description: Before performing this technique, Sakeme and a water clone of hers must have drank Itonami water (even if it's just a few drops). When this requirement is met and the hand seals have been done, Sakeme makes a small cut on two of her fingers and holds them above the point where blood will enter the patient's bloodstream. A string of water leaves the water clone and makes its way to Sakeme's cut fingers. The water goes under the two fingers, makes contact with the cuts, and turns into blood. The blood is Type O (Sakeme's blood type) and can be accepted by anyone. After going under Sakeme's fingers, the string of blood narrows to the size and shape of a needle. The blood finally enters the patient's bloodstream through a vein in the arm.




Jutsu Name: Poison Dilution Technique
Element: Medical Ninjutsu/Water/Forbidden
Description: In order to do this technique, Itonami water is needed. The Itonami water rises from the vial and forms in a small sphere in Sakeme's palm. Sakeme places her hand over the patient's chest-above the heart. She pushes the water against the person's chest. The water passes through the skin's pores and enters the heart. The heart then pumps the water throughout the body and, as it does, the water attaches to the poison. When attached to the poison's molecules, the water dilutes and weakens even the most complex poisons into simple ones. The weakened poison can then be cured by a simple antidote.




Jutsu Name: Ominous Rainfall Technique
Element: Water/Forbidden
Description: This technique can only be performed when Sakeme has drank Itonami water. When Sakeme has performed the required hand seals, a blueish light is given off from her body and it begins to rain. The rain drops are made of Itonami Substitute. It rains over a 5 mile radius and lasts for 4 hours.




Jutsu Name: Chakra Rainfall Restoration
Element: Water/Forbidden
Description: This technique requires the Itonami water to be in Sakeme's body and the Ominous Rainfall technique to be in effect. This jutsu requires no hand seals. While Sakeme stands in the rain created by her Ominous Rainfall technique, she recovers one fourth of her total chakra for every hour she stands in rain. In order for recover her chakra though, Sakeme must be in the rain and the rain has to touch a part of her bare skin.



This next technique is the main reason Sakeme is referred to as the "Tears of the Mist". When in the prescence of Sakeme Hisakata, two things can happen: she can heal you with her healing tears (compassion) or she can kill you and cause others to have tears of sorrow and pain.


Jutsu Name: Chakra Rainfall Massacre Technique
Element: Water/Forbidden
Description: This technique requires Itonami water to be in Sakeme's body and the Ominous Rainfall technique to be in effect. This technique requires no hand seals. Focusing and intensifying the flow of chakra in her body, Sakeme controls the intensity of the rain and the speed that it falls at. When performing at her highest intensity, the rain becomes more solid and falls at a rate of 80 mph! When the rain makes physical contact, the results are catastrophic. If a person is hit by the rain drops, they die instantly if they are not protected. The rain drops puncture through skin, muscle, tendon, and even bone! What normally happens when the technique is used is that the victim has severe damage done to most if not all the organs in their body. Usually after the technique has been used, the first rain drop falls on top of the victim's head, penetrates the skull, damages the brain, and kills the person. This technique can only be used on a single person or object and that is determined by who Sakeme is looking and focusing her energy at. After performing this jutsu, Sakeme becomes slightly weakened and must rest for several minutes.




Jutsu Name: Memory Erase Technique
Element: Ninjutsu/Special Bloodline technique
Description: A technique that is known only by the Hisakata clan. It is used by a Hisakata member to erase the memories of their enemies. How many memories that are erased depend on the member performing it and the amount of chakra used. This technique is used mostly before the 2nd crescent ability is performed; it is also used by the clan to erase unrelative memories that accumulate in the minds of Hisakata members.

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

The Munesanzun Dokushogan is a bloodline limit of both Uchiha and Hyuuga clan. The main ability of those eyes are to read minds but it has more of different kinds of abilities. This Munesanzun Dokushogan are divided into four levels. Each level has it's own different ability.

Abilities of level 1 Munesanzun Dokushogan: Read peoples mind and is able to see things 500 meters away.

Abilities of level 2 Munesanzun Dokushogan: All of level 1 and is able to see things 2 miles away, able to use different kinds of genjutsu on opponent just by looking in the eyes.

Abilities of level 3 Munesanzun Dokushogan: All of level 2 and is able to see things over 8 miles, you can see the flow of chakra in the opponents body and be able to copy up to nearly all A-rank jutsus.

Abilities of level 4 Munesanzun Dokushogan: All of level 3 and is able to see anything within 40 miles, able to forsee the future, able to track down any fast moving objects.

Each level is obtained by different sacrifices or risks.

Level 1: Must go to the Uchiha temple and defeat the temple guardian but you will get it during the fight.

Level 2: Must have at least the amount of chakra as a Chuunin and accomplised at least 50 D-rank missions and 25 C-rank missions the fight the Hyuuga clan temple guardian.

level 3: Must have at least the amount of chakra as a Jounin and must have the Transformation herb in handy. Then go and challenge after you ate the Transformation herb.

Level 4: Must have challenged all the kages with the transformation herb and you must go back to the Uchiha temple and sacrifice one part of your body e.g. arm, leg

At the age of 5, Greg was found wondering the forest of Konoha. The third Hokage allowed him to stay and at the age of 9, he went to the ninja academy graduating at 10. Soon he was assigned to team 17 which consisted of Himself, Kuni Hoh (a lightning ninja), Ray Chi (a Wind user), and Konohas White Fang as the Captian. Soon Greg Became a chunnin after completing an A rank mission. Everything was going right until he found out that His captian suicided after failind a mission. Devastated Greg left the village.

Later on he Joined Akatsuki and was partnered up with Kisame as a temporary partner.

couldnt be a better theme because one of those guys of my project is a taijutsu-user^^

and i can tell you this his final is a ninjutsu that is very dangerous. if you hit an arm with it you can be sure the owner of that arm isnt going to use that arm anymore. but because of the side effect it has to be lethal at the first shot. or if you dont want to use your arm for atleas a year with the second. and to be lethal you have to create an opening with taijutsu because this is a very short range skill.( but if you dont create an opening with taijutsu your oponent will kill you while you kill him)................

Description- Kuni creates a square with only his chain. Then he throws 4 kunai on all the corners of the square. (Note: the kunais have lightning seals around them) Then the lightning travels through the chain and a barrier develops. Then he jumps over the barrier on top of it and stabs a sword into the top. This causes the lightning to attack his opponent.

He also uses a lot of mist jtsus such as water clones and water dragons.

The Sutomugan is the byproduct of the Byakugan Genes mixed with the Demon Fox powerful Chakra (btw, this would be Naruto and Hinata having a child) this technique would allow the user to see chakra in nature without sage training. The Sutomugan has three base states, levels one, two and three just like the Sharingan. And then there is the evil version, the Ashiseirei Sutomugan (Demonic Energy Spirit – Tempest Eyes) a form that, when ativated, forcefully focuses the natural chakra around the user’s body and forms a Demonic Cloak that does the same as the Naruto’s Demon Fox Cloak. Once a person activates the Ashiseirei Sutomugan, the user slowly loses their sense of judgement and eventually release all the chakra in their cells and turns into natural chakra themselves.

Fuuton: Rasen no Arashi (Spiraling Storm)
Kuya forms the chakra in the air into an orb the size of a basketball and blasts it away like a kamehame-ha from dragonball z

Mainly the same as the jutsu Naruto used except, Kuya is able to throw the jutsu

Fuuton: Kaze no Kei (Wind Whip)
Kuya forms the chakra around his hand into a rope and can swing it around and even tie up enemies

Suiton: Mizu no Arashi (Water Tempest)
Kuya forces the chakra in the air and pressurizes the air to form rain, then forces the chakra in the rain to make the water move at super speed and attack the enemies with what feels like thousands of minuscule bullets pummeling at your every inch around you

Suiton: Jinsoku no Mizu Tama (Rapid Water Bullet)
Kuya focuses the water chakra in the air, and fires minuscule points of water at such high speed, they appear as three feet long senbon needles
