I can't really make sense of what you are saying :/
You are saying your mp3 file (a music file) is stuck frozen at.... uuhm the intro fo a song (?) the boot up screen of windows (??) More information is requiered: a clearer explanation, what version of Windows are you running. |

I think OP means his/her MP3 player? If so, what brand and model is it?
If it is a portable device, you could try taking out any removable media like micro-SD cards. I've heard of cellphones freezing on power-up as they try to scan corrupt storage media.

I guess I didn't elaborate at the time of posting, my MP3 worked just fine not too long ago until the evening after I charged the player. I tried to turn it on but it stays at the "Hello" screen but it doesn't go to the screen where all the options are like it usually does. I like to think I needed to give it break for awhile and resetting it doesn't it help matters I don't know if it is the files I downloaded or maybe it burned out but it is not working now. Maybe I screwed up the chips or something?
