There has not been a single series so far wrought by Kamachi that wasn't the latter, but hey he said he was going to do something traditional so who knows.

Character Design:

It's official. Kamachi's first series where the main guy isn't the weakest.

This reeks like Hidan no Aria. So I'm guessing that silver-haired princess is one of "those which lurk in the depths beyond the gods"?

Let's start with the good points, eh?

The art is good.
Kamachi is writing this, so the MC is most likely not going to be a wimp who takes sh*t from the female characters constantly.
Uhh, Kamachi is writing this so most likely releases between volumes will be swift.
Kamachi is writing this so hopefully the comedy won't completely revolve around abusive females using the MC as a whipping/burning/etc post.

OP MC. This will be Kamachi's first time using that archetype and it makes me worry since he's clearly more used to using the 'Underdog' archetype for his protagonists. What's worse is that a lot of the time OP MCs wreck the stories they're in because they aren't done well. For every Tatsuya Shiba, there are 5 Kiritos(Mary/Gary Stues).
Based on the summary, the plot sounds utterly uninspired. It's going to take some serious magic on Kamachi's part to turn this into a winner.
This series is only going to add to Kamachi's already loaded work schedule, so if this blows..not only will it take longer for HO novels to come out but it'll be because Kamachi insists on writing a HS battle fantasy novel. Like there aren't enough of those saturating the market these days.

Well, I can't think of any other cons but what I've listed is already making me leery.

but I'm looking forward to it. Girls are cute, art is good and MC sounds like OP Touma + Kamachi.

The art is pretty good and the girls are pretty cute. OP protagonists can be pretty good depending on how they are handled so I interested to see how Kamachi handles writing one. He is already used to underdogs so it's nice to see him trying to do something new.

Not the OP part. I'm saying he has that similar quirk that Touma has. The help me or save me. Which would be more similar to the novels the author has wrote himself than others.

So, a japanese faction, a chinese faction, and... swimsuit faction?

Going for the OP right off the bat sounds risky, but then again, even Accelerator has moments when he prefers more... mundane methods, to put it kindly, and who knows, there might be a weakness to the summoning process itself or something like that.

The summon part sounds interesting. Now, those who are new to Kamachi, don't think "Summons" equals "cute girls who want it hard", we'll most likely be seeing some crazy, reality bending stuff here, as "orthodox" as this series might be, kinda like Strike the Blood, but bigger.

Don't worry, though, we WILL have a surplus of cute girls, who'll often want it hard too

And most likely manage to be good characters as well.

Mark me as carefully optimistic here.

It's looking really cool but the only thing I'm iffy about its the OP protag, one of the reasons I love Kamachi so much is because of his underdog characters so im not sure how im gonna feel about this guy
then again hhe has the hero thing going on so..
