It was funny I guess, not sure I like these new characters. Yuuta's relationship with the other characters so far is amusing on the surface.
For some reason, I feel like they tried a bit too much on the comedy during the second half. Love and peace? Lol. Still, I think it has my interest so far.

If i recall correctly, the webcomic version of Working (the basis for this show) actually came first, so the characters and setup in the manga serialized version might be better understood to be refinements of the formula- and since you don't need to have seen one to understand the other it's not surprising that the more 'professional' work got an adaptation first and they later decided to see if they could capitalize on its popularity (and the popularity of Servant x Service,) by adapting the author's older work.

Still like I said, I won't judge more after 3 episodes because this deserve the chance to show something else, if that doesn't happen then dropped and forget this ever existed. |

Not sure how I feel about this so far. At least I do like the MC after the first episode. Seems like a good guy who is unfortunately surrounded by idiots. Certainly much more of a normal person than Souta.
Although hard to say if this cast will leave the same impact. They aren't bad, but they aren't really that interesting either. Daisuke's family is just annoying as heck. I swear if someone ran over their kid they'd probably just chuckle like idiots about it. Miyakoshi isn't a bad character and probably the female lead. Certainly good at throwing up the cute face for dealing with the public. Though I think she should probably give up on ever cooking anything again in her lifetime....

As expected, many are feeling resistance to the new cast.
I am too. I want my inami back. If this was indeed the first version attempt, I can understand and forgive it not being as polished as the cast we all know. Character comparison opinions. I love inami more, but Miyakoshi isn't that bad, a lot of character traits was introduced for her. Daisuke is terrible compared to Takanashi. A bad straight-man, and his family sucks. The girl that can see ghosts (even if she doesn't know it) was amusing. The chefs and the poor guy are boring to me. Manager doesn't bring much. The lazy smoker has potential.

Well that wasn't as strong as the original show but it's light enough and funny enough to keep following for now. Hopefully the show can improve a bit in the next few episodes since I felt like they just put far too many jokes into a single episode, it can come out as overwhelming at times.
On the other hand Muranushi is awesome

Not impressed, but after reading that this was the "first draft", then I can understand that this version isn't as good as the other one with Souma, Sato, and Yamada.
Just like in the Phoenix Wright anime, I'll still watch this series for the sake of re-living or being faithful. |

Its a bit sad but I kinda agree with many sentiments shared here. The recipe seems like the same as before, but its just lacking something this time round....
I'll give it a few eps, hopefully it can pull something out of the bag.
