Considering I could still get Iri Dress of Heaven from the Fate Zero re-run even though I got her before, it should mean that participants of the original Halloween Mecha-Eli can still get the other one.

Anyway, this Alterego will come in handy for Foreigner enemies, and also for when I get to Salem...whenever that is

According to this, yes you can get the other one. In my case, it would be getting Mecha Liz I/colored since I originally picked Mecha II last year.

This. After going almost 2 years without one (think I got it on day 694 or something), I realized... it isn't really all that helpful nowadays without being mLB'd. 99% of the time, I end up preferring a 50%/60% 5-star that boosts something or a Hollow Magic that has 5% lower starting gain but lower cost.

Done with the event. 26 boxes cleared, shop emptied aside from the Exp CEs, chose to exchange my remaining gold bars for QP.
CQ though...sadly, didn't get to clear that many of them. It was a tad too hard for someone who came back after 2 years

Also, in the end, I never got a drop CKT to MLB it :/

It's okay, CKT is really that good.

That said, make sure to mLB the Martha CE in the upcoming rerun. It's really good.

This. I got an LB'd one plus two others and the only occasion I'm using the LB'd one is when I want to do some one-turn shenanigans.

I've learned how to play and deal with not having a kscope but there are still times when I can't implement a strategy because the 5% difference between scope and LB'd Sakura matters. This is usually when I'm thinking of using Helena to nuke ASAP. Like for example in my 6T Alter Memorial run I could actually 5T it with kscope but I needed an extra turn cause Helena couldn't NP right away with LB Sakura.

For now it opens up some strategies for me but I definitely want an MLB scope so I can join in on the super ez XSS farming comps.

Yea i was holding on to 5 kscopes for a long time cause i remembered in 2015/2016, ppl said don't mlb it until you get like 7 or 8. That advice def doesn't apply in 2018 with all the options we have for np gain.
Now i can do XSS skadi systems so it was pretty worth.

Here I'm with 4 scopes but the weird part is that I didn't have even one until late 2016, started to play on oct '15 btw. Also amount all the release CE and SR servant not counting Story locked that most people have, I still don't Imaginary Around SSR CE, didn't have Herc until this month and I don't have Lancer Liz, Marie or Lancelot Zeker, never rolled any of those in all these 3 years.
