Funniest/Unexpected/Disturbing Anime Moment

I was looking through this forum when I saw all the nice topics. Then I saw one of my posts, saw my sig, and sparked this thread.
Please post the funniest/ most unexpected/disturbing moments from animes you have watched. Multiple choices are allowed.

The scene from Full Metal Panic: Fumoffu? shown in my sig. I was watching the episode with two of my friends, and suddenly, out of nowhere, WHAM!!!! Half-naked janitor in chains and roses. We reacted as a group with an "AHHHH!!!" that could be heard next door.
The first time somone showed me Man-Faye. No more comments. Just click here [WARNING! May create sudden urge to gouge eyes out with a Q-tip].
The scene in Love Hina ep1 where Suu Kaolla sent her tanks after Keitaro. It was just wierd.

Most disturbing moment from Silent Mobius:

When Roy died while Katsumi was in the shower. Was really unexpected considering what the both of them just went through and made it out alive. Then Katsumi comes out of the shower and screams when she sees him, sent a chill down my spine.

Funniest: The bloopers on the Berserk dvd's. Ed from Cowboy Bebop always makes me laugh too.

The point in the Ranma serie, where Akane and Ranma are about to kiss, suddenly the 'camera' turns and you see the whole family with all kinds of recording material and then they decide not to kiss. Man that was annoying/funny/unexpected

Touga kangaroo boxing, those three guys with musical battlecries, surfing elephants, and the cow-Nanami being sent to market.

Nothing springs to mind for most unexpected, something simply not being expected isn't really enough to make it stick in memory, it needs something else to do that.

I actually find Kazuki from GetBackers to be freaking disturbing

One of the best anime moments is in Azumanga Daioh.. the girls are coming out of the change room, and to their surprise, Kimura-sensei was outside waiting for them. He adjusts his glasses, reflecting the sunlight off his lusty lenses. His mouth is agape in anticipation.
He pleasantly asks, "how was it?"
The girls are baffled by this question, as they do not know what he is referring to.
He then shouts "GING GONG GA GONG GING GONG GA GONG GING GONG GA GONG GIIIIING~"
...and walks away.

yes, but the difference between noriko and other cross-dressing bishies is:
Noriko...
...looks like a girl
...talks like a girl
...dresses like a girl
...is gay
...WANTS to be a girl

plus he gets mistaken for a girl a few times in the series(another creepy moment...the bandit that had a crush on hotohori....eeeaaaagh)
oh, and the episode of slayers where Zelgadis, Xellos, and Gourry have to cross dress so the town's residence don't kill them (the village full of women) and...

hmm, u should check out I, My, Me, Strawberry Eggs. If Noriko is pretty then Hibiki Sensei is downright stunning.

There's also Haku from Naruto. They sure like to mess with our heads.

Why can't they make crossdressers look like crossdressers? Say for example, Fulle from Scrapped Princess. Even dressed as a woman he still looks like a guy from a mile away.

Green Green is full of it.
A guy being humped by a a bear, some monkeys raping a girl some guys having weird dreams while doing weird things together. Yep, I think that's disturbing
