Where he put a hole in Ichigo had no special significance as far as Ichigo reaching full Hollowification goes. The important point was simply that Ichigo DIED - that the wound was severe and large enough to cause death (and considering about half his chest was missing I think that counts as severe and large).

The severity of the wound (ie the fact that it was a MORTAL wound) is what allowed him to reach full hollowification. It was a self-preservation maneuver only and had nothing whatsoever to do with any mystic power of Ulquiorra's that you imagined up.

Because full hollofication means he kinda turns into hollows, and hollows have a hole in them? Probably, Ulquiorra could just destroy half of his body, with same results.

What the hell are you taking about? The hole isn't engulfing him. The hole isn't doing anything. Where the hell are you getting this?

Grimmjow already explained that Ulquiorra punches holes into people out of an unconcious habit. He definitely didn't make Ichigo into a hollow on purpose. Otherwise he wouldn't have been surprised when Hollow Ichigo came out.

Its like everyone said It wasnt due to ulquiorra if anyone had injured him that lethally it would have been the same. His transformation was most likely due to his will to protect allowing the hollow to fully take over...if he or anyone else had the ability to turn people into hollows by just stabbing a hole in them there would be alot of transformed people

Wow wasn't expecting a minor timeskip here...I wanted to see reaction faces from everyone learning Ichigo defeated Aizen. Maybe find out why happened to Nell...Grimmjow...any surviving Espadas...that prick Gin even. Or maybe if a new Captain Commander will be needed. Give me an offical death count!Yeah I know I'm asking too much but, it's just sudden. I would have liked a couple of chapters tying up loose ends with the last page reveiling that Ichigo hollowfied and needed to be contained or something.
