Oh, this episode was awesome, first to all, it had Meme-sama and that smile!


I felt a bit of sadness (?) coming from Makoto but the weirdness started with Erio, this girl is cute freak the scene with the legs was quite suggestive and lol to the UFO censorship, didn't saw that coming so fast.

I hope many will agree that his was the most beautiful screen shot, damn I don't know how to take one so I'm using them from Futaba:

A basic setting, but the characters so far are quite interesting. And sexy / beautiful... anyway, I'm pretty much hooked up on this. It's freaky but it puts a smile on my face. I didn't expect to hear Ai Nonaka anytime soon again, I guess Meme-san and Kyoko are quite the contrast... I keep imagining that Meme-san has a fang like Kyoko from PMMM. Oh and gotta love how she treats her self-proclaimed daughter. lol

Nice first episode. I watch it without background info and a raw to booth. Just adds up to less understanding. I will wait for the subs and watch it again. But man the character or the girls are cute. The classmate girls aren't that bad either bad sure the home is full of beauties.

The level of cuteness is in different scale. Specially that the girl doesn't emits tsundere aura. With mysterious aura emting from the girl and her own denpa vibes. I'm sure willing to see what will happen. But I think I will refrain from the raw. It's not like the other shows which is easy to understand so even in raw form I can watch. The comedic part isn't transferred a lot if it had lots of talk in it.

Good start. Slow but intriguing, with some funny bits and a bit of humanity.

I thought Irino Miyu did a good job with a lead who is not actually lame. Not a hero, but reasonable. Ordinary guy with a bit of strength meets absolutely bizarre girl. Sounds like Bakemonogatari.

The legs have it. Best foot-fetish anime since...Yosuga no Sora.

Nishida Asako knows how to design moe characters. On this page there are a couple of clock banners with pics of Erio on them that you can paste into a blog or web page.

Nice job of muffled speech from Oogame Asuka. Now we'll hear more of how she sounds unmuffled, I hope. Oogame-san, at 142cm (4'8") is the shortest adult (23) seiyuu I know of, and certainly one of the cutest. Here she is with Nakajima Megumi and Hikasa Youko (left-hand photo):



She and Hikasa-san do a radio show together. She can certainly act cutesy, but she seems a capable and mature person, behind the moe.

That beside, this will be my buhiiiiiii animation of this season. Moeness in maximum degree with ridiculously good sakuga.

Episode 01 is all kinds of weird... and familiar at the same time.

Shaft's animation is clearly evident on every episode... the signature head-tilt, the CG vehicles, and the abundance of static scenes. All reminds me of Bakemonogatari. On the fripside (lol), the episode is confusing... even more confusing than the first episode of Steins;Gate! Well, I did manage to extract the summary, it's just that it's difficult, especially when I'm trying to decode the walls of words from everyone.

Each of the three characters introduced in the story is eccentric in their own special way.

Makoto has his Youth Points, which the typical teenage boy doesn't count. Although he is pretty much normal otherwise... Araragi normal.

Erio is denpa. Nuff said. Her introduction has given moar questions than expected, including her self-proclaimed status as an alien and her duty.

Meme is also eccentric, although she is addicted to acting cute. However, she appears to hide a dark past with Erio behind her cute appearance, judging from the flying stool and Meme's immediate response.
