Yep, it got finished about a month ago. But I got too busy with what we call real life. So able to post it only now. Hmm, Kotori is supposed to have full bangs... but we discovered only on the day of the convention that the wig we ordered has uncut bangs - so we just went with it. Now that we have more time, we are going to style the wig a bit to make it look more like Kotori's hairstyle.

Our group does have it planned to have a Sore Boku Tachi version someday, though the current budget does not allow that for now (Kirisaki Chitoge costume and Mirai Kuriyama costume took too much of our funds xD).

Very average in what respect? Singing? Dancing? Overall performance?

Their dancing is solid but generally unspectacular. However, I think their singing and overall performance is usually excellent. μ's typically manages to tell a compelling story with their singing and live performances, and I very much like that.

Also, for singing, some of the best μ's songs aren't in the anime. There are some μ's songs on YouTube that rival, if not surpass, the best that the anime has to offer. This is particularly true of each of the three μ's subsections - Bibi, Printemps, and Lily White.

Here's one example...

When I listen to this, it makes me think of the full song for a Gundam, Nanoha, or Symphogear anime OP. It's professional-class music, in my opinion. I love it.

Honestly, Sunrise should try to contract μ's to sing OPs/EDs for their mecha shows.

I honestly don't get the joke, if you were trying to be funny. And if that was meant to be a troll post, you're not much of a troll either. I'm not offended, I'm just going "wha?" and not really understanding what you're trying to do.

If you're being serious then yes, Mu's is not the absolute best, but I wouldn't consider them 'just' average. Average means they wouldn't have generated any interest at all, or just a month or two interest and be forgotten (like tons of anime out there). They would have gotten something right, to have gotten this much interest.

As someone who has been staring at various bits of raw demographic data for the last two months because of field work in college, I would like to laugh at this joke but its just so..........bad

Could've at least added a chart showing off how average u's was for the joke to work. As it is, it just sounded as plausible as the initial impression of it was, i.e. a slant against u's in general, and hence why it doesn't work as a joke.
