But you have to remember Pheles hasn't eaten any power of existence has she?
Because of her promise to Johann. So therefore, she won't be as powerful as she CAN be, not saying she isn't powerful enough already...

Well we never even knew her true abilities yet to start with so she could surprise us. But without Power of Existance would be extremely hard to fight as a Tomogara.

Right now I'm thinking that she will be 'evil'. Because the only reason for which one she would take a side would be for the sake of Johan, and since Johan is inside the Reiji Maigo, in posession of Silver the Second aka Yuji Sakai. If he is smart enough, he would offer Pheles a deal like 'do what I say and I'll release Johan'.
Other reason because I believe this won't be the final battle is because Willhelmina or Shana killing off Sydonay doesn't sound as good as Margery doing it, and if Pheles takes his place in the battle then SoF coul order him to stop Margery.
That's just a theory tho. More than 90% is surelly wrong, if it isn't 100%.

Well I think it's a given that she'll side with the good. She's a friend and occurences have a risen before to give her trustworthieness. And yes she would pick Johan over anything anyday, but as shown previously it's possible for Johan to communicate to sources from the reiji maigo. So I'm just gonna assume that Pheles knows the situation and sides. And again would side with Johan's opinion, who is very smart by the way. But you never know.

I'm not sure about the bribery thing you said though, doesn't sound like something Yuji or even sotf yuji would do. Well at least to me.

Honestly I don't know what Pheles can do physically, we've seen her power before, and since she collapsed due to her lack of energy we can asume she was at her full potential in the second season. And if that's her full potential it's not much. At least not enough to make a difference. But you also have to consider the lack of energy she had was due to her not consuming. So maybe if she found another source to withdraw from. She can exceed her previous power.

But personally I think she'll make more of an emotional difference. It wouldn't seem right to have a side character appear and physically solve the conflict. It will most likely start a chain of events. Which will then solve the conflict.

And I've been waiting for sydonay's death. Looooooooong time. I was actually hoping that Yuji would kill him. Just a dream though.

Yeah, TBH I reckon she would side with the good as well. I mean, didn't Yoshida receive the cross so that she could summon Pheles and fulfill whatever Yoshida summoned her for? Or am I mistaken and it's just to summon Pheles nothing more nothing less?

Then I'd like to know if there is any skippen Hougu that she could use. If she isn't powerfull because she hasn't eaten any humans, then I'd bet that she got a treasure tool to use.
