Actually, the creators of the show covered their ass in a recent anime convention panel discussion in relation to Yoko's "age". Easy enough to find (e.g. Hontou ni Taihen desu) so I won't waste reposting it here.

Edit: Found it. Standard disclaimer: this is a doujin site, and doujin sites tend to contain adult material. Having said that, I didn't see anything particularly extreme. I should also say that I didn't see anything on the site as interesting as that series.
