Yeah, the Red Dragon is the symbol of King Arthur, and her country more generally. That's why the Welsh flag has a dragon on it (and why her name is "Pendragon", for that matter...). The dolphins apparently symbolise Rin somehow....

Is Saber protected from projectiles because of her power to sense air (control over air gave her sense power) or is it instinct?

Saber has no protection from projectiles at all. Its all battle instinct and reflexes.

I think it has more to do with her high luck attribute

No, it's her instinct that protects her from things like arrows. Her luck acts to prevent her dying in luck-based situations (like with Gae Bolg), not to make people who would otherwise hit her miss.

Her Instinct skill is at A rank I believe. Most sure-kill attacks that rely on precision are useless.

would it be better if there is a series for emiya shirou taking part in magic association
plot where rin take him as an apprentice to he show off his skills and meet many people there and that would be cool just for FSN series aneversary , what do you think? im a great fan of this anime since high school xD...leave some comments guys

From my understanding Hollow Ataraxia is more or less a sequel to a non existing route of Fate Stay/Night which combines elements from the Fate, Unlimited Blade Works and the Heaven's Feel route.

that is the supossed non existing route that has to exist so shiro becomes archer right ? like, because if shiro goes thru any of the known 3 routes he won't gain the knowledge/experience to become archer so he has to go through a mixed route.

Well that is just odd, because Archer seems to know about the war already and not just because he is a Servant. Besides unless Shirou give up on being a hero I don’t see how is not going to transform in to Archer at one point. So I don’t think Hollow Ataraxia makes any different at all on that. We never knew what happen to Archer in that war so he ended like himself, for all we know the Archer from each route comes from the previous one or something like that.

No, it's a sequel to one specific route (Nasu doesn't really state which one) which has been merged with a bunch of other timelines thanks to Rin botching an experiment with the Second Magic....
