Natsu no Arashi! scheduled for April. The character design will be done by Ota Kazuhiro (of Pani Poni Dash fame). Personally, I really look forward to this, since it's the first series in four years that's not high-school comedy. (ef excluded.)

I was expecting Arashi to be voiced by Yui Horie or Mamiko Noto lol! But it seems Yui is doing the voice for Kanako, although I dont remember that character. Was she introduced after chapter 8? I assume she is Jun's mother or sister or something.

I'll see if I can get our TL to do it. Then I will do the rest.

If that doesn't work, I'll just use my 4 years of High School Japanese classes, a bunch of dictionaries, and a lot of effort

I read only first few chapters of the manga, but hope that the focus of this anime will be on

Rumors saying Omokage Lucky Hole will be producing theme song for the series. Their samples of recent songs sounds good, strangely matches the atmosphere of the series.

Update: Confirmed in the latest volume of Gangan Wing. Omokage Lucky Hole, a funk band, will be producing opening theme song for the series. The ending theme will be Shiraishi Ryouko's and music will be produce by Sato Ken. The opening theme will have 13 variations and differ from episode-to-episode. Source is from early-getter in Natsu no Arashi thread in 2ch.
