Matsuoka is one of the most hardworking and humble VAs in the industry. Even though he's often teased by his coworkers for his shy, reticent and somewhat unique personality and his screw-ups at events, he is well-respected by fellow VAs, senpais and kouhais and production staff. Oreimo didn't impress me even though I managed to finish it somehow. I remembered some parts still made me pissed to this day.

it rings similar to other series, but the characters are understandable. And it hits a nice balance of self-insert with being a high school author, humor, cuteness of the sister, and also a layer of seriousness that between having her mother dying shortly after joining a new family and maybe other things, there's some issues to overcome.

Indeed Sagiri seems better tempered than Kirino, more adorable too. Not sure if she will be any easier to handle for our MC brother though.

Her lukewarm reaction to the family concept left me a bit curious as to the story behind it.

And yeah Nakamura voicing the father, I almost went for a plot twist, Kyousuke is the father!! Even the hair style and color are similar, then I realize the family name is different

Why is everyone liking Sagiri so much? i mean She is pretty much textbook princess syndrome. that is just down right self centred and frankly act like a asshole. Both her and the MC lost their parent, yet MC works, cleaned and cooked and deliveries food right to her door steps, yet she treat MC like dirt and throw tantrums left and right. MC is pretty spineless and a huge M tbh.

I mean its anime so its fine because you know she is a good guy but imagine if someone act like this in real life or even just reverse the role

since they decided to use ClariS for opening, I already predicted this series would be good

and what an amazing adaptation
I read the manga and somehow anime could expand it in a very good pacing
they rushed it a bit during the revelation scene... but slowing the pace during the siblings' conversation

and for those who thought this would be a normal siblings' love thing, I don't really see it that way
They are not blood-related, only met once a year, and has put some distance since beginning
that's way it would not be weird if they fall in love in the future

And here we go, the dick girl is here! or as some people knows her "megumi". Meanwhile Masamune shows his true colours, he really is a siscon (even when they aren't blood related) who loves Sagiri and probably wants more than just having her as a sister. Damn Sagiri's panties... she has some good taste I must say.

The second part was dedicated to Yamada who was trully a shit. Oh by the way there was a poster of the sequel of Spice & Wolf in the background, nice touch there.

Elf Yamada's presence in this show both annoy and entertain me. While I find her personality childish, she is pretty funny to watch.
