Secondly; Why would Nomi keep her around now he knows she has a healing ability?
Stealing it for himself means he wouldn't need to Royale/Tag match her to utilize it while drastically improving his survival rate.


Third; I well and truly hope they burn Nomi in the fires of hell ^^

This episode deserves a solid ten due to three factors:
1. The dramatization between Haru and Taku;
2. Noumi's mystery hint concerning Burst Linkers;
3. And Chiyu's turn of events left as a cliffhanger for another episode.

Noumi, I say, was portrayed at his best jerk and egotistical attitude which made him an effective antagonist; an know-it-all squirt that deserved to be straigthened out by Haru's wings of will.


Now, Noumi let it slip an important piece of information that closed at touching the subject regarding the origin of the Burst Linkers.

Spoiler:

Wonder if a) a schism happened within the first generation of Burst Linkers to split apart into two different factions which led to the birth of the Kings, their Legions, and regular Burst Linkers, and other leading to the birth of Noumi and others like him out there that do not call themselves Burst Linkers? OR

b) Burst Linkers from the first generation might not have been the only players whom installed the Accel World program during the hype of its very first version but there were others that did not agree to the terms of the Accel World becoming a game
