I haven't seen Umisho, but I think #13 is Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou?

#17 looks like it could be either Strike Witches or Mayo Chiki, I'm not sure myself, very similar character designs.

#6 and #7 are indeed To Heart, but from the second series, To Heart 2. (Not to be confused with the second season of the first series.

hei guys dragun h.e.x. here & i'm trying to search for this manga title that i forgot, the manga is about a MALE protagonist being forced to crossdress cosplay as Nia from Gurren Lagann by his older sister & our protagonist has a crush on one of the girls from his class, but this girl has a crush with his 'Nia' alter ego, can anyone tell me what is title of the manga?

Last page is them being happy together smiling (and we're supposed to believe that)
