Anyways I'm glad that this episode is watchable. The previous 4 was rather odd and hard to watch at times so I'm glad that it's better now.

The use of bgm along with visuals in episode 5 reminded me of the direction in yosuga no sora, while the content was a little not set up properly, I enjoyed all that scenery and the manner the dialog was interspersed.

Somehow this show is really easy to follow.

As for Maeda-kun, I think he has no choice but to pick a heroine instead of his childhood friend. I prefer Muroto-sempai and Mai-chan over Niimi-san!

If Maeda was like this for all 5 episodes, he would be much more decent. Sure, he would have general flaws in confidence and expressing himself, but through good growth he would naturally overcome that. The pervert scale was much lower too. Granted, the unintentional (I'll give him this just because it is Niimi in question here) breast grabs in the past and present were there, but Maeda was in better form.

Now the Photography Club besides doing the general stalking are showing some concern for Maeda as a human being. Maybe there is honor among perverts. Good to see.

This episode was better than the previous one. The next few episodes need to pick it up.

Huh? Are we watching the same show? The ace of soccer asks Niimi out and she declines for obvious reasons. Kazuya pretty much in a way that she should date him since the soccer ace fits with her more. He said it in a way that clearly shows he did not consider how she feels and how he's currently have no confidence. Then boom. Drama.

I thought that the writing for ep 1-4 were mediocre at best, and now they decide to introduce forced drama that has even worse writing? "my childhood friend didn't attend club activities/pick up her phone = she has another "attack"? Lets conveniently not check her house before running around town like a fool too! Then there was the super cliche "people talk bad about me and therefore I am unworthy of haruka, her own opinion of me be damned".

I can't take the show seriously at this point.

Honestly, I thought this part of their relationship was handled well. It's not terribly original, but it makes sense given their history and how they developed through school. That entire search-Haruka-everywhere-except-her-home bit though....I'll agree. That was hard to take seriously.

Haruka appears in the front of Kazuya who waits on their "place of memories". Facing his past trauma, Kazuya wants to be back together with Haruka like they used to. Kazuya invites Haruka to come to see his picture he takes with confident on Photography Club's exhibition on the school festival, and Haruka promises she definitely will come. Their date to the sea brings them closer. And finally it's the school festival. Photography Club is going to announce the Miss Photogenic on their exhibition and then.....

If Haruka arc does end next episode and the series is not cancelled XD, then we get 6 remaining episodes and 6 remaining main heroines. It'll be fair for each heroine to get 1 focused episode, but then seeing episode 4 again, to be exact on this scene:


I get the feeling if the remaining 6 episodes only cover the other 3 girls closest to the camera, which is Mai, Aki, and Nonoka. Since those three are also the girl which got more focus on the first 4 episodes. And the quota fits too, 3 girls gets 2 episodes each just like Haruka for total 6 remaining episodes. But yeah, that would be unfair for Hikari, Rina, and Tomoe

Yeah, it's understandable how boys (and girls) at that age are really mindful of being subject of gossip/rumor, especially bad one. It can be stressful for them, heck adults can feel that too on workplace. The anime didn't really show it on the beginning since Kazuya and Haruka interaction seems pretty normal, but on the game (and Photo Kano Sweet Snap manga) Kazuya is more obvious to distance himself to Haruka and when they talk Kazuya is always nervous.

And for the search, I do agree it's quite exaggerated and unnecessary...

When he finds her, they talk and I assume the talk is going to be covered on next episode when they meet there.

I actually wouldn't mind this. Tomoe and Hikari haven't had a lot of screen time and as cute as Rina is, she's one of the more generic characters. Only question is whether they'll go for omnibus format ala Amagami SS, or if they'll go down the harem/no progress route.

Well in terms of quality that's gotta be the biggest whiplash I've ever seen. And here I was thinking it would be the same crap thanks to the panty shot right at the start.

It's not as if the story was amazing or anything. In fact it was pretty standard really, but the atmosphere and direction was top notch stuff. If only there was some actual build up to it, rather than four episodes of ridiculous crap. As it stands it was hard to understand where the drama was coming from so a lot of impact was lost there.

Here's hoping the Haruka route is going to actually continue all the way until the end of the show instead of just the end of the next episode. I'm not holding my breath though.

Does Haruka really only have anemia? I don't know that much about the condition, but I hadn't heard it causes chest pain, which she seems to have, not to mention that the flashback suggests that that one attack was triggered by some sort of blow to the chest, likely by a ball. I'm fairly certain that an anemic attack can't be triggered by a blow to the chest.

It's too bad the series focused all on one character. I rather liked the way Amagami handled things, showing the path that would entwine the MC's destiny with each girl separately.

I know that Kazuya wants to pair Haruka with that ace striker so that the rumors would die out. But I believe that he made her mad and decided to ignore him in the end when Maeda-kun is about to reconcile with Niimi-san.

Yeah, right. After episodes of blackmailing and fanservice, the studio decided to change the tone of the anime completely. How do they expect the viewers to take this episode seriously? The drama feels so forced I cringed throughout the entire episode.

Let's see. The first few episodes take the general harem route in order to introduce all the girls, and from there on each girl will be featured in 2 or 3 episodes? I am interested to see how they will structure the rest of the anime after this episode.

The atmosphere there is a whole, but in the end there is nothing but the very little ecchi

Then this anime in the shortage of budget you see one kilometer long XD From animations little aggressive and inexperienced, the opening (never seen na openingo with effect from movie maker LOL), up to the OST ... that ... god is ridiculous XD half episode here have ALWAYS used stess OST, which also is the song of the opening lol

In short, an anime with few pretensions, but ... that is ... gamble the game! I think it is also nice, but this anime is the epitome of mediocrity.

I now me finish it because I promised myself to look less of dropping souls as possible and also to see me to make me the bad culture na ... how to say ... "Know your friends, but you know better your enemies" XD

I can quickly admit that the manga is waaaay better than this. I had high hopes for it since I read the manga (although he's still retarded at times) and now feel so disappointed. On the other hand, I enjoyed the music!

Kazuya already accidentally gropped girls when he was a kid. His harem powers awakened early.

The latest episode wasn't as bad as the others, but it's hard to get invested at this point. The series should have been like that from the start. I find it out they're doing Haruka's arc first since she seemed to be the main girl.
