The screen she had access to definitely showed his upper limit (and showed that he's decently more developed already than I thought; I missed that the first time around). Unless other people also have access to the same information, I'm assuming she's the magic's creator rather than it being an oversight on the author's part.

There is no wrong for him to master Red magic first since he knew about it perfectly. Having a solid base will help him to master other magic faster later where he can use high-level red magic to plow other mid-level dungeon with ease.

I don't think it's so much that he wants to improve his potential, but to do so more effectively. He maxed out one skill-tree without realizing it and wasted years that could have been spent doing something else. This way he can max it out sooner and then go on to do greater things.

Also, that girl is lucky to be alive if she's that headstrong.

Not a fan of this manga. Because of traditional for LN->Manga* status debuff to IQ for protagonist. It's pretty jarring when reading two simultaneously. Most moments in the manga where I want to facepalm on MC actions either aren't present or very different in LN.

It's kinda like LN protag is Seinen protag and Manga protag is Shonen protag. I have nothing against shonen protags, but wasn't MC supposed to be smart?

*also LN->Anime, Manga->Anime and sometimes WN->LN

PS. Though I only read WN translations so it's possible that idiotization of protagonist happened between WN and LN...

It is not surprised if she was dead in his original timeline. Also, it was sad that the MC in the original timeline is single. A truly "Wizard".

In WN she was one that demanded to hunt BOSS and tried to solo BOSS when MC refused, so most likely she died to her own stupidity LEROY JENKINS there in original timeline with no MC to save her.

Unlikely. The spell would have died with her. Plus, it's her successes with the MC that made her overconfident enough to challenge the boss. Without him, she'd probably have eventually given up on making her own guild and taken a more classic career path.

1. She have physical scroll with spell description and IIRC it's her family spell.
2. She would've got success even without MC. She is also Main Character material and smashing undead is easy for her to give her false sense of security.

Or maybe spell was just independently created. After all future version MC/Mage Guild learned is much more limited than her own full version.
