But theyre are a lot of incarnations now, I only remember <<Kai>>.

The incarnations are Variations, basically they are to the Minerva what X's armours are to Megaman X. Following the details, there are only two Minerva units built and each of them have their own group of Variations they can be equipped with.

Err... Madoka and Infinite Stratos crossover anyone?

All IS pilots are actually magical girls. Valkyrie trace is what happen if a Magically girl fall into despair.

Ichika is the only male Mahou Shoujo..... alternatively change his gender.
