I was NOT expecting her to be that, but maybe it is because the episode kind of covered a lot of ground really quickly. Dunno, I still have mixed feelings about this show. I really really like it...but somehow I would have liked it more if it was longer. Both for the excellent but stand alone episodes but also for cool stuff like this. This show has a way of making some very powerful scenes, but it's like the pacing is all wrong for what it's trying to be. I'd definitely like to see a sequel...but let's see how the finale turns out. Anyway, I see no death flags. But I do wonder about those old ladies, since they vanished when Mikaze showed up and now they're back again.

Well, this episode was hot. Mikaze was hot. Maya was hot. Even Chihiro was hot. Well, Maya was "cute" actually. The animation was def through the roof. The Mikaze seduction scenes were VERY intense, which was certainly something I wouldn't expect in this show. I was actually hoping Mikaze was a yandere, and thought she was the moment I saw her in Fumi's house(with a knife in hand). I also think I'd prefer that over her being a witch. I kinda disliked how quickly Mikaze turned though, I think it would have been more interesting if she was implanting negative thoughts about Maya over a few episodes. Maya trying to cheer Fumi up was pretty cute to see her trying to be positive and all that. Also, was I the only one thinking about S&M when she was stomping him with those heels (<.<)?
Still, I have to wonder if there's another connection between Fumi and Mikaze. The curry, calling him "Fumiaki", the cola spices(or whatever) that was mentioned in this episode, and someone mentioned young Fumi's toy car = Mikaze's car. If she wanted to get close to Maya, there were better people at the time of her introduction, so why him? minor thing: I guess that's why Chihiro and Mikaze were at odds last episode(obviously aside from the Fumi stuff). I wonder if Mikaze will put that in her face (>.>)? And NO, I don't mean "that", you pervs. @Solace: I don't remember them showing those old ladies at all D0=.
